Everything was great, the staff were all friendly to us and our dogs! My dog was loving the made in house treats which had excellent ingredients. The room was clean and we felt comfortable sleeping there. I gave it 4 stars because they need a hot tub and the pet fees were kind of high. It was a little weird when I booked the pet fees and they were $50 a pet, which isn’t crazy for hotels, they said they would have dog bowls and pet beds for your furry family members. There wasn’t anything in the room but the bartender did happily give me a dog bowl. I didn’t use it because it was still dirty from the last pup to use it. The front desk did give us a cute little squeaky toy for each dog. I would definitely recommend this place because of its cleanliness and location just wish they didn’t set up expectations and then not do them.

Great hotel with a great location! Parking was easy, convenient gas location next door, right off main roads, close to Red Rocks, spacious, and most importantly, great shower water pressure!

Best place to stay for a Red Rocks Concert! Staff was very helpful directing us to get the shuttlebus. Convenient that the hotel located at a shopping center for food and booze needs but it was a little loud in the morning when the gas station opened. Bar Staff and Front Desk were all super friendly!

The ambience is particular to this part of the country: no cookie-cutter decorations here! I enjoyed a meal in the restaurant associated with the hotel: staff were pleasant and efficient. My one criticism is the quality of their mattresses. I asked to change to another room because the mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. The staff on duty were prompt in meeting my request. It seemed as though the mattress in the second room they assigned me was better, but after sleeping there 1 night, I realized that it too was lumpy and sank where one slept. For this reason--poor mattress quality--I give this hotel less than 5-star rating.

They had a room ready for me at 1:00, but if I wanted to check in before 2:00, they charge you a $50 fee. So I sat in the lobby for an hour until 2:00 to avoid the charge. Wouldn’t go back for that reason alone, but couple it together with a staff that doesn’t seem to care about service, and you have a recipe for a sub-par experience. Location was great for attending a concert nearby, but the $350 price point and lackluster ensures I won’t be back.

The hotel is very close to Red Rocks. However, you will need a ride to get there. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk ladies. We booked the shuttle bus for the concert. There are only one or two eating spots. They closed at 9;00. After the concert the bar was open late but the next night it closed around 10:00. Well stocked convenience store across the street. The room was nice and very quiet. The mattress was really bad. Oddly, our room floor was sloped. Nice hotel overall but would stay in Golden next time.

Staff were indifferent to guests at best. The rooms were worn and tired- bedside tables, desk, and bathroom surfaces chipped. I used to think paying the extra funds were worth it when going to a show at Red Rocks. I was stunned while talking to others at the hotel bar that they were offering $155.00 round trip per person shuttle service to Red Rocks! I took an Uber for $20.00 to the show and paid $35.00 on my return. This isn’t a bad property, just not worth the star rating or the high price.

Shuttle service to Red Rocks for concert drew us to Origin Rocks. We especially liked the brewery Over Yonder Brewery. Drive to downtown Golden was within 15 mins, 40 mins to Boulder. We had a great stay!

Stayed for a concert at Red Rocks. Was the perfect location &’opted to take the shuttle service offered which was excellent as well. The entire staff was super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay.

The hotel was awesome. We stayed here for the convenience to the red rocks. The only downfall is the service at the restaurant. The food was tasty, but the 2 waiters on duty didn’t seem to want to be there. They had 5 tables between them and we all had the same disappointment on our faces.

Pillows were too hard. First night asked for a softer pillow stated didn’t have any. 2nd day they found a softer pillow. Shower head not adjustable water came out really hard. Not impressed for the amount a nights stay cost. Restaurant was so so. Stingy with the amount of coffee pods left in the room. Would not stay there again.

Good location for Red Rocks concert. No one was there to check us in when we arrived, and the employee was somewhat short with us and didn't apologize when he did arrive at the desk, but everyone else was very friendly. The bathroom floor could have been cleaner. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice. We loved the atmosphere. We would stay there again if we came back for a Red Rocks concert.
