Everything was a scam. They tried to get money out you at every turn! Check in was horrible. Communication is non existent. Wouldn’t recommend it. Go to Puerto Rico instead.

We were celebrating a family birthday and had booked two swim out concierge rooms. One of our group got violently ill from food poison and had not eaten outside the hotel. Ended up in the hospital and the hotel did not go out of its way to bring broth or other food to the room and even took 3 hours to attend to someone very sick. This is not the only thing . The room cleanliness was under par for service . ,This hotel is far from a 5 star. Looks like a 5 star but is really a 2.5-3 star. Huge disappointment. The whole staff needs to be retrained.

The staffs at this property need to be properly trained. Most of them have this “I don’t want to work” kind of attitude. Even after we paid extra for the “Family concierge service”, we did not feel any different than others that did not pay. I would recommend other resorts than this one.

My husband and I had an exceptional experience at Paradisus Grand Cana, an All-Suites, All-Inclusive Resort in Punta Cana. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality. The check-in process was seamless, and we were provided with VIP service and a dedicated concierge. Our concierge, Patry, was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our entire stay. The highlight of our trip was our amazing swim-up suite. Stepping onto our patio, we enjoyed direct access to a private pool, perfect for swimming at any time, day or night. The resort is family-friendly, offering a wide range of daily on-site activities that kept us thoroughly entertained. The beach was pristine! Dining at Paradisus Grand Cana was a culinary delight. The resort offers a wide range of restaurants serving various cuisines, from steakhouses and Asian fusion to Peruvian, hibachi, buffets, and snack bar grills. There was truly something for everyone. Even those with allergies or dietary preferences like vegetarian or vegan were well-catered. The chefs went out of their way to consult with guests and prepare succulent meals tailored to individual requests. The staff at Paradisus Grand Cana were outstanding—warm, kind, and genuinely caring. Their hospitality created an inviting and infectious atmosphere. This resort far exceeded our expectations, making our stay truly unforgettable. We’re already looking forward to our next vacation at Paradisus Grand Cana.

I love the hotel areas, the cleaning room, the attention received from my family concern Raul Motta, George in the reception, the cleaning ladies, Eugenio who attended the mini bar on the room and another 2 guys. I had a great time with my kids even though they didn’t like the food. The best part was the beach area. The water was so blue and clean. The pool was kind of dated and too crowded with kid’s toys. You would get bumped from those most of the time. The food at the buffet was horrible with hundreds of flies around them. The restaurant had great food, but reservations were needed. The room was very good, clean and specious.

One of the most terrible experiences I have in my travels. They nickel and dime you over everything. Restaurants are filthy - they just leave tables with piled up plates and dirt when people leave, food all over floors. The expect you to eat right next to filthy tables. Food is awful. The steakhouse is the worst!! Literally not edible. Watered down drinks. Rooms are nice but the noise level between floors is unacceptable. Don’t go here!! Plenty of other great spots in Punta Cana!! Punta Cana is beautiful, this spot does not do it justice because of their service and management. Poor is a kind description.

This was a good hotel. The rooms and the staff at the bars and restaurants were amazing. The reason for my 1 star is because how we were treated at night. We would leave the resort to go out to dinner or a night club and when we return back , security letting us in was always a problem. We know we have to show our wrist bands to get back in which we did but we felt discriminated. Security would open and slammed our door and yell at us to get out of the van just to search our van to see if we were sneaking anyone in. It was 7 of us. The second night they did it again. We asked for Securitys name and he refused to give us his name and he didn’t wear a badge. He had opened the sliding door again and search everyone. Because he was wrong and couldn’t find anything , he had another security guard come search the whole van again. We asked for their names and they refused to give it. We notified front desk and management and they said they have nothing to do with security because they’re 3rd party. I said that’s stupid because you can’t get in this resort without going through the security you guys hired. I said they represent you.Management said it wasn’t their problem. I reached back to someone higher up the next day and they said it wasn’t their problem on how security treats us getting in. From there we were over it and checked out. The crazy thing is we have everything on video.

The hotel was beautiful,clean,and the staff was very friendly.I would definitely go back.I missed two days of vacation because I did not know that we had to feel out imagartion paperwork at the airport so I missed my flight in Puerto Rico . I had to stay in Puerto Rico for two days cost me more money.I could not get a flight out. Beside that the trip was great.
