Une halte fraîcheur, sur la plage, non loin du centre pourri de Sihanoukville

Short and sweet place to stay at

Location has always been its strongest point. The rooms are okay, but it could use better upkeep.

Will not return

Our room was very nice with ocean view. We were on top floor, only 4 stories.

breakfast was same every day. Only had 1 small coffee maker, so some days, a very long wait to make cup of coffee. The partying that went on the beach across road until all hours of the night. For 5 nights straight, no sleep. The last night the party happened to be on the patio adjacent to our room. There were only 2 rooms on our floor and these people were staying on another floor. ANYWAY, they were partying until 6 a.m. I finally told I was going to complain to management, they tried to stop me by grabbing me. I could have pushed them over with a feather,they were so drunk! Trashed the whole place. Thank goodness we left that day for Vietnam.

Déception par rapport à 2018.

La chambre spacieuse et la piscine agréable

Nous y avions séjourné en 2018, la propreté de l’hôtel laisse à désirer. La route qui longe la plage a retiré à l’hôtel tout son charme. Les jolies balançoires ont disparu. Déçue par rapport à 2018.

Nice stay for 2 days at the beach

Room was nice and pool seemed good too (I didn’t use the pool). Staff was accommodating and helped us when we didn’t have hot water. All was ok. For breakfast we asked to make some eggs and the prepared a nice full breakfast.

There was not much to do in the area, but if you come for beach and sea it’s perfect. We were there not in the weekend so it was quite calm. The story of Sihanoukville is a bit peculiar, but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

Definetely an excellent place to stay from staff hospitality, foods and spacious room. We’d love to stay again.

Most of all from staff service were excellent very well trained, polite and helpful. The room is spacious, food’s great.

Amazing resort

I stayed with Naiya sea resort for one night, it was amazing. Nice room with sea view , staff so friendly, nice swimming pool and the breakfast so amazing. I recommended this resort.

Exceptional

I adore this resort; first and foremost, the service was excellent, and the personnel was extremely kind and helpful. Second, the room was quite comfy and clean. Third, I am extremely pleased with my breakfast. Breakfast has a variety of alternatives, including Asian and Western dishes. Finally, I loved this resort so much that I'm going to recommend it to my friends.

The great sea view and quick accessibility to the beach is what I like the most.

Wonderfull Stay

I booked a mountain view room with no balcony but It was suprise they upgrade me to a sea view room with balcony. Nice room, good view, friendly and helpfull stay, swimming pool are perfect, cocktail are the best, lunch and dinner was yummy and reasonable price specially breakfast had a lot of choice. Short stay but unforgetable.

Exceptional and Great Hotel next to the Beach

I really liked how the design with modern style hotel. The new management come from their professional way with warm greeting us upon arrival, Another special to share is the buffet breakfast with plenty of choices both Asian and Internal cuisine. this hotel is next to the beach and we can see a very beautiful seaside view and amazing experience. I recommend this hotel to anyone that comes to Sihanoukville!

We stayed for a nights at Naiya Sea Resort, and we highly recommend this luxury Resort in Sihanoukville .The location it is along the beach , the staff very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and comfortable. we recommend the resort to other traveller who planning to visit the sihanoukville. thank you for taking care of us. we will be back again soon.

Exceptional Stay

I love this Resort so much, the service was good and staff very friendly and helpful staff. the room was comfortable and cleanest. very satisfied about breakfast. The breakfast have may options that we could order with Asian meal and western meal. Finally, I like this resort so much, I’m going to recommend my friend to stay this property.

Simple decor and nice view. Few steps to go to the beach.

The smell & noise. The soundproof is not good. On the other hand, I requested for check in earlier without extra fee, they agreed and promised to keep the room for us. Then, when I came, the staff refused and asked us to wait. We asked for check out later and paid extra fee, they changed the room and we could check in early. 😅 it's funny and a little uncomfortable.
