Happy with our stay. Pleasant surroundings 15 minutes from train station.

Breakfast was reasonable just lacked cold meat and cheese. Toast would be nice option. Willing to pay extra fee for this Karl made us very welcome and nothing seemed to be a problem. Very attentive.

We liked the style an cleanliness of the whole building. Only one thing, due to hot weather we could have made use of a fan in room.

Superb

Good for catching the bus into Liverpool and a nice park nearby as well. Carl, the owner, was a fabulous host and his restoration of this building is remarkable. Breakfast was serve yourself with all cereals, fresh fruits, milk, tea, coffee supplied and very adequate. Rooms were very modern and comfortable with ensuite.

The road out the front is very busy and quite noisy but only affects the front bedroom. Not many choices for food nearby and although the place has a communal kitchen there is no stove, there is a microwave though.

was very cosy and felt like a little home. had everything we needed so could pack light. very clean and well presented. host was amazing and very helpful made us feel welcomed.

Very pleasant accommodation created by the owner, who was a very good host indeed.

A range of fresh fruit, cereal and yoghurt available, and hot and cold beverages in good suplly and top quality.

lovely place free parking, and Karl is a nice bloke who offers a warm welcome

lovely airy room. powerful shower.

breakfast is central and fruit so we needed to go out for our beloved fry up. between £10 and £15 for a taxi into town there is a bus available but not our thing.

Very clean, comfortable and a great night's sleep. Karl was lovely and very welcoming. He was very helpful when we were running late due to traffic.

Super stay and great value for money. I would recommend it to everyone.

immaculately clean. Great value! Super location to visit the City. You can go by bus every 5 mins takes around 15 mins to the centre £2 each or taxi £12 one way. The host Karl couldn’t do enough for us and gave us plenty of advice to make the most of our stay.

Our accommodation was spotless and beautifully presented. Far nicer than expected. The host went out of his way to answer any questions we had and made our break so enjoyable.

Perfect bed and breakfast with lovely host

The host was so friendly and helpful. Property is lovely. So clean, ideal facilities with plenty of space in the room. Lovely en-suite bathroom renovation. Each room has a colour code which is fun. Small kitchen for guests to use is very useful and nice breakfast setting. Already planning our next stay.
