Lakefront luxury is the name of the game in this incredible property overlooking the blue waters of Pineview Reservoir. The gated community sits right on the shores of the lake and offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountain peaks and valleys. Not only are you steps from the water's edge, but just a short 10 minute drive to acres of world-class skiing and miles of mountain bike trails weaving through Snowbasin Resort's alpine slopes. It's just one of the valley's three ski resorts with thousands of acres of fluffy white powder.
The home provides an incredibly open floorplan with ample space to stretch out, relax and take in the views from the large picture windows. The main living area is anchored by a warm and cozy stone fireplace, large streaming TV's plenty of seating and access to the large open deck out back. Adjacent to the living room is the fully-stocked kitchen, adorned with beautifully dark cabinets, a thick quartz countertop and bright backsplash The kitchen is stocked with dishes and high-end appliances. You'll love entertaining in this space! This main level also grants access to the garage, mud room and laundry area, as well as a half bath.
Upstairs you'll find a spacious king master suite with an equally spacious deck for a bird's eye view of the surrounding valley. The master bath comes complete with a double vanity and marble countertops, an extra deep soaker tub and separate Euro style shower. In addition, the upper level provides a second king bedroom which accesses the back deck and a full ensuite bath. A third king bedroom rounds out the upper level, also with a full ensuite bath.
The lower level has some amazing upgrades, not the least of which is a large family room with full second kitchen. It's an amazing spot for hanging out, taking in the game. The hot tub is just outside the walk-out, daylight basement. Two bunk rooms occupy this level, one with two, queen bunk sets and a second with a queen bunk set and a twin bunk set. It's truly a haven for the littles to call their own.
Despite the amazing finishes, expert craftsmanship and smartly designed floorplan, nothing can match the ideal location and stunning views of this vacation rental. It's literally in the heart of outdoor recreation with its proximity to alpine skiing, mountain biking, road cycling, snowmobiling, fishing, or any other adventure you can dream up. And vibrant nightlife and shopping is just 15 min away on the other end of Ogden Canyon.
