Since the home is accessed directly off Highway 550, 4WD/AWD is NOT required in winter.

Our 3,600 square foot, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home is right across from Purgatory Ski Resort and was recently remodeled down to the studs and finished with high-end finishes and furnishings. The home is perfect for multiple families as it features 3 separate living spaces and is spread across the 3 floors, offering plenty of space.

The large gourmet kitchen and dining area make preparing meals and dining together a breeze. The game room room on the bottom floor features a pool table, foosball table as well as a seating area, TV and bar. The home features Starlink WIFI with average internet speeds are around 100mbs (we have seen them over 200mbs). Cable TV is not offered, but all TVs are smart, and with high-speed internet, streaming multiple devices/TVs is not a problem. The house also features AC for the few days each summer it gets a bit warm in the mountains.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
