About this house rental
This absolutely lovely and freshly updated 4-bedroom 2 bath home, plus office, is located in Palm Harbor, sleeps 8 and is minutes from the beautiful Honeymoon Island State Park and Caladesi Island State Park, AND it is a 25-minute drive to Clearwater Beach, one of the best Beaches in the WORLD! The Pinellas Trail is close to this lovely home as well, where you can walk, run, or bike ride! This home is minutes away for Innisbrook Resort, where the Valspar Championship brings some of the finest golfers in the world to the Tampa Bay area to compete on the Copperhead Course at Innisbrook. The owner is providing 4 bikes/helmets for your use during your stay. During your stay you will also have access to the Family Annual Access Pass, which gives you free access for up to 8 people (must be in one vehicle) to all the Florida State Parks!!! (Pass must stay at the home after your checkout, and be returned to its original spot, or a $200 fee will be charged).
The home features tile flooring throughout, master bedroom has queen size bed with an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two of the guest bedrooms have queen size beds, 4th has a full-size bed. Enjoy working on your trip in the large office space while enjoy the views of the outside in the large floor to ceiling windows.
Parking is allowed in the driveway and garage only. No street parking is allowed, and no more than three cars at any given time can be at the property and all vehicles must be parked in the driveway and/or garage. Sorry, no parties or events are allowed to be held at this home. Please observe quiet hours by not being loud, which start at 10PM. There is a noise meter installed on the back patio to prove the noise levels for unfounded complaints to the County.

There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! We had a great stay! Loved the open concept and all the sleeping space! Comfortably slept our group of 8! Loved that the house came with a pass to Honeymoon Island and how close it was to so many cute towns!

I stayed with my family 6 nights. A group of 8 people. The house is really nice and big. Everyone had plenty of space. The kitchen is full equiped and organized. The only thing missing for this house to be perfect is a grill in the backyard. We loved the house.

We had a group of 7 ladies come down to Palm Harbor for a prayer conference. The house was beautiful and the property manager very attentive. Would certainly recommend this property again. Fit our needs very well and close to plenty of things to do.

As we drove to the home, we were delighted that it was in a nice, established neighborhood, and on a cul-de-sac too! The open space is amazing! It has a huge kitchen island with seating, and current appliances. The living area seating is plenty. The screened in porch has a big table for 6. The inside dining room could support a bigger table. The existing round table is nice, but only has seating for 4. We pulled up extra chairs and made it work. The bedrooms are all nicely decorated and bright, and the beds were comfortable. 2 bathrooms were sufficient for 6 people. The laundry room is huge! We had great communication with the property manager who was very helpful throughout the process.

The house was everything as advertised and exceeded our expectations. Nicely decorated, clean,well supplied with everything we needed. The master bathroom is adequate however the walk in shower should be updated and brought up to the standards as the rest of the house. The tiles and shower hardware (faucets and shower head) are old and even rusted. Otherwise absolutely no complaints.
The emails with the host Debi was pleasant, helpful and answered all of my questions quickly.

This property is in a great location. The home is large. The bed in the primary bedroom was not comfortable and the pillows were very flat. The kitchen needs more dishes and bowls. Only six dinner plates for our party of seven. Also one frying pan and one pot. No mixing bowls.

This was a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. It is very convenient to a bunch of beaches, restaurants and activities. Easy check in, clean, and had everything you need for a beach outing. Would definitely rent again.

Our stay at this rental property was nothing short of amazing. The spaciousness, cleanliness, and overall quality of the accommodation were all as advertised. While the neighbors' interference was an unfortunate blip, it should not detract from the wonderful experience we had. We would absolutely recommend this rental to others, with the caveat to be mindful of the neighbors and be considerate of the local community's guidelines and expectations.
Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the behavior of the neighbors, who seemed overly sensitive to our outdoor activities. We were surprised when they called the authorities on us for simply enjoying a barbecue outside at a reasonable hour. (8 pm)

I stayed here with friends for a staycation. The property was clean but that’s about where the positive list ends.
Debra, the property manager is rude. I communicated with her via email and based on the exchange, I would never stay at one of her properties again.
The location is not great if you are traveling here from out of town and wish to visit local tourist attractions like beach and parks, etc. You will travel at minimum 30 min to reach a beach and other highly sought after places to visit will be much more with traffic. I’ve lived in this area my whole life and I can tell you there are many other locations that are better than this one. This is an extremely residential neighborhood and you will travel far to experience the Florida feel.
I found the overall feel of this rental to be so unwelcoming. Every communication that is sent contains a threat of fines and extra charges. They want you to put all trash bags in the large trash canisters but didn’t specify where those were (found them in garage after looking outside). Be sure to read the fine print. They only allow three cars to park at the property at one time despite a 2 car garage and 6 space driveway. They claimed it was city ordinance which might have been believable as an out of towner but not as a local.
Do yourself a favor. Keep scrolling and find a true vacation home away from home.

Wonderful property for my family of 6 adults and 1 5 yr old. Loved that we got to use the garage. Only complaint would be the condition of the grass in the backyard, lots of weeds and ants. Great space for throwing the football

We loved our stay! Everything was so bright, new, modern and open. The beds were comfortable and the showers were nice. We loved the decor and the fans. The laundry room was super! The appliances with the exception of the microwave were top notch. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved having the park pass and bikes- we took advantage of all the extras and it was greatly appreciated! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean and beautiful house with modern and upgraded everything in a quiet cul-de-sac. I loved having access to the garage door opener so we could drive right into the very spacious garage. We used the available cooler and Tupperware to pack sandwiches for the beach. We also used the park pass to visit Honeymoon Island. The towels were thick and plentiful, and the water softener was a game changer. This was my favorite VRBO experience so far!

Our family of seven enjoyed the layout and quiet neighborhood of this well appointed home. It was very comfortable including not only kitchen basics, but also the park pass and beach gear were appreciated. The beaches are anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes from the house, and I missed being closer. We recommend Honeymoon Island beach. This house is perfect for families who, with a little planning, are looking for access to the beautiful beaches and sea life.

This house is fabulous! The common area is huge and beautifully decorated. Very cozy and spacious. Perfect place for a family. Its bright and airy in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. It’s not super close to the beach (15 minutes) but easily accessible to everything. Host provides additional amenities such as pass to all the beaches, chairs, beach towels, garage door opener.
I would love to stay here again!

This was our first Vrbo and it was exactly what we expected and more. It is big and airy. Updated. Clean. Not a long drive to the beach or other places we wanted to go. Check in was extremely easy. We left an Indiana puzzle and Sun shade for the house. If you are considering this place, I say do it.

The house was perfect for our family of five. We were visiting friends and family in the area (The Villages and Rotunda West) and this home was a perfect base for us to return to each night. We also spent a lot of time at Honeymoon Island and went to the aquarium- everything was easy to get to. I loved that the house was clean and uncluttered and the neighborhood felt safe and secure.

The layout was interesting with so much space in the kitchen and dining room and family room. It could use more seating especially since the house can sleep 8. Also new bath towels with a bit of plushness would be a good addition.

This place was great for our family of 4. We like to cook, so we enjoyed the updated kitchen and openness of the living space. The house is located in a cul de sacs so it was safe for the kids to roam around. Location wise, it is central to the beach, to St. Pete, and even to downtown Tampa. We enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely stay there again.
