This single-story home has three parts. In the middle, you have the kitchen with a breakfast area in the front and an open layout living room/dining room in the back with a sliding patio door to the backyard. On the right side, you will find the master bedroom with a king-size bed en-suite with shower. On the opposite side of the house, you have the second bedroom with a queen-size bed, a hallway bathroom with a bathtub, and the third bedroom with a twin-size daybed with a pull-out trundle. Master bedroom comes with a full-size sleeper sofa and the Arcade bedroom has a one-person sleeper chair. Memory foam mattress topper and additional bedding is available for these foldout sofas. Yellow sofa pictured in the Queen Bedroom will be removed after September 13, 2023 for better flow of the space.

Other things to note: Although the pool is accessible all year, it is for use in the warmer months. Please note that the pool is not heated in the cooler months.

Wonderful home, clean, lots of space, love the pool and hot tub, tons of restaurants 10 to minutes away, 10 minutes from NRH20 ( the water park) 30 minutes from the airport. Wonderful spacious home. Quiet neighborhood, the neighbors were great.

Mia was a fabulous host, very responsive. The house was as advertised, spotless, and had everything we could possibly need. The backyard is beautiful and well kept. The location was perfect, close to both airports and the stockyards. We loved every minute of our trip. Highly recommend!

Mia was great, communication was always punctual and very friendly. The home was perfect for us and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The back yard area was amazing the pool was chilly but my boys still swam. Overall it was a great stay and being a few miles from our TX was a bonus. Will definitely stay there again for future visits.

My first thoughts when entering were the exceptional cleanliness and complimentary features of the house including toiletries in the showers and food items on the table. I loved the layout of the house and its open concept that made me truly feel like I was in a welcoming environment. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a family friendly house in a great location.

Mia is an absolute gem to work with. We had a change in travel plans and needed to adjust our stay. Mia was accommodating to this. The house is absolutely beautiful and cozy! Our kids loved it and my husband and I did too. We will be sure to book our next DFW stay here.

Our family (2 adults - 7 children from 17 to 8), found this listing for a last minute trip from Oklahoma to Texas. We have stayed in several vacation homes/cabins and this was definitely one of the best experiences. First, Mia the host, is by far the most interactive host of any VRBO home we have ever stayed in. My questions were always answered within minutes, and always provided me with extra information to help me. Upon arrival, the neighborhood, while in an established neighborhood is very clean, quiet and quaint. The neighborhood is so quiet in fact, that I felt bad having pizza delivered at 10pm the first night! Entering the house, it smelled so good and was very clean. Completely remodeled inside and very well taken care of. Bonus for us there was a bonus 4th arcade machine we didn't know was there! Beds very nice. Couch/living room seating very nice and accommodates a large family. Two dining tables with seating for 14 total. Kitchen was extremely clean and stocked with everything for us to cook a meal. Outside, pool was great and it even has a fire pit around the corner. Overall this property because of the host and amenities deserves a 5+ star rating. Definitely will stay here again when we travel to Texas! Thank you again Mia!

Although we had a few minor issues, our host was terrific in replying and quickly addressing any problems. The house was very comfortable even with 7 of us staying there. The pool and outdoor space provided for a comfortable place to relax in the evening especially with the fans that kept many of the bugs away. One nice feature of the house is that there is a train station less than a mile away allowing us to go to several areas without having to deal with the area traffic. There was ample parking and the station was well-maintained by TxRail. I would really like to thank the host for sharing their house with us. Thank you

A group of guys came in for a weekend away and we loved our time here. Mia is extremely communicative and accommodating. The property was as advertised and even had some snacks, coffee and other items waiting for us upon check in. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone visiting the Fort Worth area.

Mia was a wonderful host from the welcome basket at the beginning of the stay to even checking to make sure everything was good after checking in. The property was immaculate and in a great location. It was the prefect get away for a weekend trip to see Taylor Swift! When I come back to Dallas I would definitely stay at this property again!

This property is amazing and the host was so good. The game room was great either the kids the house was so clean and homey and they really have everything you need just bring clothes that's it from the kitchen wear to the towels to the bath soap to anything you might need. The background is amazing the BBQ pit the pool the fire pit the table and lounge areas outside just was so fun stayed for 6 nights....the beds are so comfy and bathrooms are amazing I can't say enough about this place....check in was so easy with just a electronic pin code sent the day before and Mia would respond right away with any questions I might of had....the only thing I would say witch really isn't bad is there is no cable but they have Netflix and you can log into your own Amazon prime account if you have access to live TV that way....10 stars 🌟 across the board will most definitely stay again

Beautiful house, great accommodations. Beds were super comfortable! We weren’t able to utilize the pool due to cold weather but the fire pit was nice and cozy. Kids room with the arcades were perfect for my kids. Overall a perfect retreat, thanks!
