This charming 2 bedroom mountain condo is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the great outdoors. Located across the street from the ski lift, ski and snowboard rentals. Try out the ice skating rink, tubing hill snowmobiling or snowshoeing for some extra fun! The condo is spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, and two bedrooms and a pull out sleeper couch. The private patio is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views of the mountains. Relax in the community sauna, hot tub or sit and star gaze next to the outdoor fire pits. We had a wonderful time for our first visit to Brian Head. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed for a family of 4. We will definitely be back!

It is in a prime location, and cozy. We stayed here to snowboard and we were overall very pleased. However, our one complaint was that the sheets on both beds were dirty, and we had to pull and clean them, not sure if the housekeeper forgot this detail when getting it ready for us, as the owners did get us in a few hours before regular check in.

It was a perfect place to stay while skiing at Brian Head. Everything was clean and comfortable. It is right across the street from Brian Head Ski Resort.

This was wonderful for what we needed. We had 3 kids and 2 dogs with us and still had the room we needed. The location is great. My kids are beginners so we had a short drive to the Navajo lifts, but this location was great as it was across the street from what seems like the only couple of restaurants in town that are open at night. If you are more advanced, this is less than a 0.2 walk to the giant steps lifts.
The only quirky thing was the cable tv froze on us a couple times. But if it was getting a signal from the router, we had a lot of devices connected to the internet at the same time, so maybe that was on us.

The place was in a great location with walking access to Giant Steps and lift 1 and 8 for alternate mountain access. The views were perfect for our New Year’s Eve light parade and fireworks show right from the living room. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed for a few meals cooked in, lounging, and sleeping. We enjoyed the hot tub a few steps away and found the ground floor unit convenient, especially for kids and a dog.

We were snowed in for a day and did not have Internet during our entire stay but we still had so much fun and the cabin is cozy that we did not think about the wifi

Everything was as expected. The playground and pickleball courts were fun too! Unfortunately the spa was out of order for our stay.

This was the perfect weekend spot to stay for our trip. The condo was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. Unfortunately the hot tub was down for repairs, but everything else was great and I'd absolutely stay again.

The property was excellent but the hot tub was broken and we would have cancelled and booked another place if we were given that information in advance. It was obvious it had been broken for months by the very old tattered “out of order” sign. I emailed the property manager and he got back the me promptly but just explained it was out of his control.

We enjoyed ourselves very much. You have everything you need and more. The view outside the livingroom is as the photos, beautiful surroundings. Sporting goods stores, General Market and Annie's Market close by. A pond just across the street for fishing, and supplied basketballs there to play on the courts. It is about 25 minutes to Panguich lake. Good value, safe area, very, very comfortable. We had a wonderful time, we will stay again.

It's close to the general store and across the street from a nice park and pond.

Our family of five, which includes three teens, stayed here for a short weekend trip. It was the perfect space for sleeping and hanging out. Good location for some hiking and checking out some petroglyphs down the canyon. We don’t ski but wished we had some sleds, there was still so much snow! We would love to come back for a summer stay and see how it looks once the snow melts. Thank you!

Such a great property right by Brian Head! Easy to find and decorated perfectly. Kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable and layout worked great for our family. Easy to connect with owners and thank you for letting us bring our pups- it made it even more perfect! Recommend this and we hope to stay again!!!

Our family of 5 had a great time staying in the condo provided by Suzie & Shawn. The space was clean, well supplied & they even allowed our pet to join us. I would highly recommend this place to others.
