At home, the screened lakefront lanai is perfect for morning coffee. Take a dip in the pool, then step inside to make breakfast. You’ll find a bright, open layout with plenty of room to spread out. The spacious kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and plentiful counter space, and there’s room for everyone to eat together at the window-front table. Even better, step back outside and dine alfresco on the lanai. After a day of exploring, return home to relax in the central air-conditioning. Stream the latest release on any of three TVs, or use the free WiFi to upload the day’s pics to social media. The night ends in any of three well-appointed bedrooms, but not before one last toast to your good luck at booking the perfect sunny escape.

This home requires an HOA application to be completed and emailed back to Vacasa within three days of booking.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are security cameras in the front, garage, and pool area. No cameras are inside the house.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
