Khách sạn đẹp, phòng sạch sẽ, nên đi nghỉ trong tuần tránh đông vào cuối tuần.

Phòng sạch sẽ, khu vực khách sạn cũng gần các chỗ ăn hải sản. gần khu vực Nova World, Circus Land và Water Park dễ cho các bạn nhỏ đi chơi. Khách sạn cũng có xe đưa và đón. Khi đặt phòng lớn sẽ có lounge để sử dụng. Đối diện khách sạn

Khách sạn khá đông cuối tuần và chỉ có 2 nhà hàng, nên khách sạn khá đông và đồ ăn sẽ chậm. Khách sạn có hồ bơi lớn nhưng cuối tuần đông thì cũng không có chỗ bơi/chơi.

Đẹp và sạch sẽ, có thể nghỉ dưỡng hoàn toàn trong resort mà k cần ra ngoài. Trong resort không thiếu gì, phòng ốc rộng rãi, nhà vệ sinh sạch sẽ, nước mạnh. Buffet sáng cũng rất ngon và nhiều món.

A superb hotel

I will say only one word about this hotel - it is superb. Exceptional team, applies to everything in the hotel. A very rich and tasty breakfast with all kinds of delicacies. We were very surprised by the "Chocolate Party" every afternoon. The pools were large with plenty of sunbeds, tents and all sorts of amenities for kids and adults. We liked everything: the staff, the garden, the pool, everything is maintained daily and very beautiful. I highly recommend the hotel.

Friendly staffs but not really 5 star resort

Friendly and supportive staffs, very welcoming and helpful. Nice swimming pools.

Not really meet 5-star standard. Room equipped with very noisy air condition in all rooms, we could not sleep well at night. We booked half board with one main meal, food was with very poor variety and did not taste good. Only compliment for coffee in bkf. Maybe it was Tet holiday and coincidence with VibeFest, so so noisy at night until midnight.

Thủ tục checkin và cách phụ vụ của nhân viên quá tệ so với các khu nghỉ dưỡng cùng mức mà tôi đã ở. Phòng trống resort thì không có khách mà ngồi đợi gần tới 15h mới cho nhận phòng với lý do khách đông 😭🤣. Sẽ không bao giờ đi lại khu này vì dịch vụ quá ơi là tệ

Amazing & Peaceful Getaway

Amazing stay. The staff were super friendly. The pools were awesome. The breakfast was excellent. My kids absolutely loved the Kid's Club. And the Chocolate Hour was amazing! We really enjoyed our time as a family here.

The Full Board package was a bit restrictive. For Lunch / Dinner, you could only choose off of the set menu and the choices were a bit repetitive and not a lot of variety. That said... the food was still really really good!

Phòng ốc rộng rãi, tiện nghi và sạch sẽ. Buffer khá ổn, nhân viên nhiệt tình, rất cố gắng hỗ trợ khách.

Resort không ngay biển, muốn tắm biển phải đi bộ khá xa.

Khuôn viên đẹp, tiện nghi, thoai mái

Cần trainning thêm cho nhân viên nhà hàng. Đồ ăn ra quá lâu mà ko thông báo trước cho khách. Mang đồ ăn ra sai cũng ko xin lỗi. Nhân viên lễ tân thì ko có nghiêp vụ. Tôi hỏi anh đóng phí ăn 2 bữa là đều dc ăn buffet hay sao em, thì bạn đó ko trả lời dc, chỉ kêu đến lúc đó anh xuống nhà hàng các bạn nhân viên sẽ hướng dẫn. Vì trong gia đinh tôi có người ăn chay, nên tôi muốn biết cụ thể hơn mà trả lời tôi như thế. Đồ ăn thì chưa dc chuyên nghiệp, bếp nên xem lại.

Gối, nệm còn có tóc dính lại. Cà phê cần bổ sung thêm cfe sữa, khách hàng dễ lựa chọn theo khẩu vị, sở thích mỗi người. Cần có nhân viên đưa khách lên nhận phòng, hướng dẫn khách hàng sử dụng các dịch vụ bên trong phòng.

Nice & clean hotel, very good view to the beach.

Check in time was too long. I arrived check in counter at 3h30 but only could access my room at 4h45. The staff informed that they didn’n receive booking info even i’ve got booking confirmation on 11h00, they also said that they need time for room preparation & cleaning up Waiting time for my set lunch was also too long, it’was 45min since I finished chosing my lunch set.

Gorgeous hotel design, delicious breakfast buffet however staffs need to improve their skills and experiences.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and nicely designed bunk bed. Hotel’s design is gorgeous and has lots of spot for taking pictures. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options!

The reception staff were not well-trained and slow to respond your questions. Bell men service were not good for both check in and out. Admiral exclusive lounge has great facilities however shortage on activities and quality of food and drink.

The staffs are polite and professional Love the pirate ship idea, it was a lovely attraction for tourists to take photos The beach is very clean and not far from hotel

The pillow was not comfy, too bouncing. My twin beds are a bit hard than what I expected.
