I demanded a full refund as we didn't use the facilities and had a nightmare staying at this place!!

The entire house is very dirty, dusty, damp bed sheets, the floor, the sofa and the water are smelly. We found cockroaches and lizards in the bathrooms. We have not even shower as the bathroom looks old and gross!! All of us didn't sleep the entire night as it's extremely uncomfortable.

Everything!!!! This is the worst homestay that I have ever stayed in. We checked-in at 11pm hence couldn't find another place to go or call to complain. And one of our friends is pregnant and very tired for us to even move anywhere else.

Already inform owner about top floor shower in shared toilet and ground floor leak.

Good for big family but not necessary cheap

Easy access and big property to accommodate family members.

Condition of the property, furnitures, utensils are in not so good state and some replacements are necessary. The cleaning standard a bit worrying such as the bedsheets seem like never change from last occupiers/customer.

Easy access of facilities

The toilet downstairs is too small & door almost broken when we came. Some of the aircon in the room also not working.

Very good

It's was very comfort n nice place to stay. Especially for a big family. The location is very easy to find and the host very nice person.

Maybe can ask the caretaker to really mop n sweep the floor. That's all.

It was a perfect place for a big size family like mine. We had our fun staying there. And everything was good.

But can do better for th toilet. Keep it alittle more clean.

Excellent facilities but need to improve comfort for guests

The location, facilities & price are excellent. It felt like home with exercise equipment.

1) The front entrance is too wide open for privacy & comfort. At night, when indoor lights are on, the living hall & dining areas are in full view of anyone outside. There should have been some curtain or blinds to block off. 2) There's some stale smells probably coming from the kitchen floor & some rooms beddings. Would be good if staff invest in some air freshener, deodorizer and febreeze.

water pressure very low at upstairs, owner explain is water pump broken on a day before my arrival. Use more than 20 min to take a shower.

Very nice and happy stay Best home stay

Good House for group even more than 20 ppl can enough space and provide all facilities. This one I consider best house stay from over all till now in Johor Bahru.
