Overall, very enjoyable. Niggles, but a great price and a comfy bed!

Check in was easy, from 3pm. The caravan was clean, modern, light and airy and plenty big enough. The park was spotless, dinning in the bar was pleasant and the food nice. The walk to Saundersfoot was downhill and relatively easy (about 10/15 minutes) - although we didn’t fancy the uphill walk back so we took a taxi (not helped by all the bags after a days shopping 😀). We used the car mostly to visit local sites so found the location well situated for exploring. Worth mentioning - the bed was very, very comfortable!

The hot tub wasn’t great, most jets not working - temp control complicated and no instructions - and the cover awkward, but 2jets on 2 seats were ok so didn’t bother escalating to be fair (am sure they would have sorted it). Also, no instructions for heating in the caravan, only boiler operation - luckily it was a sunny September week so we didn’t need it. We weren’t a fan of having to make our own bed on arrival, last thing we needed after a 5 hour drive and having to unpack - but maybe that’s just us. Overall, we enjoyed it though as the park was lovely, the area fabulous and it was great value for a weeks stay.

Chilled & comfortable in the perfect location, with so much to do, right on the doorstep

The caravan was immaculately clean, the smell was amazing! The welcome treats, were a nice touch and very appreciated ! It was our first stay and will return in the near future.

Хоча все і дууууууже маленьке, місця вистачило для двох дорослих та трьох дітей ))) старшим синам трохи було тіснувато на сінгл ліжках, але маю визнати, що вони в мене велетні)… і джакузі - то супер бонус… вся родина у захваті!)

В басейн так і не попали… там дуже людно… Ресторан на території- середньої якості… Погода , яка в Уельсі не від кого не залежить, була хмарна та дощова, тому знову ж таки ДЖАКУЗІ зробило цю поїздку незабутньою ( під дощем - то окреме задоволення)

A nice place in a good location.

The property was a short drive to beaches & places of interest. The site had a restaurant, gym & small pool although opening times were quite limiting. The property had a nice hot tub and veranda to sit out on. Staff were chatty & helpful.

The property smelt strongly of dog and needed airing when we arrived. The departure time of 9am is much earlier than most properties I have previously rented. The pool closed early especially if you’d been out for a day and would have been nice to swim when getting back.

The restaurant was shut to us for the second night . Jacuzzi needs to be sped up a bit the bubbles weren't enough

A bit disappointing.

The location was good, the staff friendly and helpful. We had a nice meal in the Restaurant on the first evening. The Lodge was very nice, clean and well equipped especially in the kitchen. We booked a three bedroom Lodge, expecting to use two bedrooms. The single beds in the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms are really narrow and only suitable for children, not adults. We had a lovely day out in Tenby. We left two days early because the weather was deteriorating and my husband was feeling unwell

We reported to Reception that we could not use the bedroom drawers. The drawer-front was broken off which made it impossible to use either drawer. We reported this soon after we arrived and expected that someone would repair it but no-one came to fix it. The shower door was not properly on the rail. The cover on the hot-tub could not be closed and kept blowing open in the wind. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the hot-tub due to cold and windy weather.

It was a great trip with amazing staff

It was clean and we had a lovely welcome of wine and crisp and treats The staff were so helpful, I had a flat tyre are staff quickly helped

We booked because it showed a sea view , we were a little disappointed that it was next to the main road ( this didn’t spoil our trip

Meadow House facilities have not grown with the park itself

Our bed was awful the mattress and pillows were so hard. The swimming pool was over booked it states in writing from Meadow house that “enjoyment of the pool is important to us and that you will generally be swimming with one other group” not the case up to 11 in the pool which left only room for us to swim widths ( and yes we did only stay 30 mins). The caravan that we stayed in did not have any extra bedding which is vital for young children which put us on edge. If it wasn’t for our grandchildren my husband and I would have left after the first day

£818 for 2 nights - you have to make the beds yourself and no towels included, photos are inaccurate

The staff were pleasant. They could not help when we complained that our booking looked nothing like the photos on booking.com (which we showed them) Their management needs to take responsibility for using misleading photos to get bookings at a very high price for basic accommodation.

The mobile home we were given looked nothing like the photos on booking.com. In fact we couldn't see a mobile home on the whole park that matches the photos that you see when you book. There was no sea view as per the photos on booking.com. Don't think any of the mobile homes could have that view either. Ours was situated by a car park. The beds weren't made up and when we checked under our beds before we left today we saw that they were dirty, with an old tampon underneath one of them. My photos show what you see when you book, versus what you get.
