• Unbeatable location in the heart of the Warehouse Districts and only 14 minute walk from the French Quarter

Only two blocks off the St. Charles parade Route, a 14 minute walk from the Superdome/Arena French Quarter and Harrah’s Casino, this 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house will have you living a VIP lifestyle for the duration of your stay in NOLA. The space features a separate living area with a basic kitchen including a hot plate and essentials for basic breakfast and cooking needs and high-end furniture. We are steps from steps from some of the best restaurants in the city and within 1.5 blocks of a Rouses market.
Our home is within a mixed use building located in an urban neighborhood within close proximity to a mix of uses, including residential, retail, and commercial. Exterior noises may sometimes be heard in the house during normal business hours.

You will find that our home is well located in the heart of the historic Warehouse District, between Uptown and the French Quarter. We are a very short ride away or only a 12 minute walk from the French Quarter. We are also just a short walk away from the National World War II Museum, Ogden Museum of Art, the Smoothie King Center and Superdome. If you’re looking to be close to the best of New Orleans, this is it.
Getting Around:
Heading to the French Quarter is easy. • Uber/Lyft/Taxi is about a 6 minute ride away
• Walk/bike: easy 14 minute walk or 10 minute ride through the CBD. Head in the opposite direction as the traffic on Baronne Street.
• Via Public Transport
o Take a left outside of our home and walk 0.5 blocks to Julia Street. Take a Right on Julia and walk 1 block to Carondelet Street. On Carondelet Street take the Streetcar line down to Canal Street where it ends. Canal Street Marks the beginning of the French Quarter

This condo is located within a multi-unit building. An additional 4 bed unit, a 2 bedroom Unit and 5 bedroom unit are available for groups requiring additional accommodations.

Beautiful condo in an incredible area. Short walk to everything we wanted to see without the all night chaos of the French quarter. Great communication with the property management all the way through. Would absolutely come back and stay again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Host was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. The communication was top notch! The place was clean and had updated nice bathrooms. It was also very conveniently located as we were able to walk everywhere! We will definitely be back!

Everything in the listing was as advertised, great space for a group of 5 adults. AC was phenomenal, perfect location for us as well.
Check in process was flawless, host communication also flawless. Everything worked and entire process went smoothly. Would recommend and stay again for sure.

Stayed at the 10th muse with a group of friends for a birthday trip & really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had more than enough space for my group & was in a great location walking distance from the main sites, near transit & grocery store, and neighborhood felt safe. The staff were excellent & responded quickly to questions and prepared a guide with all the main sites/recommended restaurants - overall great to work with. Reason for 4 stars was that there were some discrepancies between listing and property which the staff is fixing. The apartment was clean, has a sink and mini fridge but not full kitchen (no stove, dishwasher) and has 2 full beds, a queen, and 1 set of bunk beds (vs two sets of bunk beds) as advertised. This is a great selection if you are with a large group and plan to be out most of the time.

Property is in a great location. Walking distance to the Superdome, grocery store, pharmacy, and great restaurants are within a block or two. Host was very responsive and quick to assist with needs and questions. There are no closets and not all bedrooms have a clothing rack fyi. This was a family trip with kids ages 10-19 and everyone enjoyed the property. Would book again.
