This spacious accommodation will not disappoint. There are three gorgeously decorated bedrooms, two hosting king-size beds. The master bedroom features an accompanying contemporary en-suite shower room and access to a private courtyard outside through double-doors that flood the room with natural light. The third bedroom hosts 3ft twin beds, and is served by a spacious family bathroom featuring a bath with shower over. The living environment is functional, light, airy and of open-plan design. The well-equipped modern kitchen features an electric oven and induction hob, set with plenty of worktop space. A great stage for any enthusiastic chefs to rustle up a delicious spread. Invite your guests to pull up to the kitchen island to keep the conversation flowing as you cook. After a day well spent in the great outdoors, the large inviting L-shaped sofa with sumptuous soft furnishings beckons you to nestle together and watch a film on the Smart television. The sitting area brings the outside in through large bi-fold doors that open out to the fully enclosed courtyard garden. Ideal for children and dogs to play safely. The courtyard offers seating for six people around a stylish wooden table, the perfect spot to sit and enjoy some of North Norfolk's local produce.
With parking for three cars in the driveway, Little Soames has absolutely everything you could possibly need from a holiday cottage.
Little Soames is situated in the prime location to explore North Norfolk, with scenic countryside walks in Holt Country Park and at Kelling Heath, with the very best of independent fashion boutiques, gift shops and grocery stores offering top-level local produce in Holt. The property is only a few minutes drive away from numerous family-friendly and dog-friendly sandy beaches circumvented by a multitude of stunning coastal towns and villages, each with individual charm, excellent amenities and thrilling activities .
