A quiet cul-de-sac welcomes you to this house that’s perfect for a small family. All three bedrooms are located on the first level. There’s a king master with ensuite bath and a queen and bunk room that share a full hallway bath which also includes a laundry closet. Two exterior doors provide access to the furnished sun deck which also houses a 6-person hot tub, perfectly positioned for a soothing soak as the sun sinks below the sound.
The top floor captivates with an open living concept and plenty of windows to reveal the sound side’s natural beauty. A large Smart TV anchors a comfortably furnished great room. Between the charcoal grill located outside at the back of the home and the well-equipped kitchen, you’ll have everything you need to bring your favorite vacation meals to a dining table that seats eight, along with three more at the breakfast bar. Enjoy the sound views as you dine, or even better, savor the stunning sunsets that light up the sky each evening from the furnished deck. There’s also a full bath on this level and a bonus area featuring a day bed with trundle and Smart TV.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
