Tolle Lage mit einem sehr lieben Gastgeber, kinderfreundlich, tierlieb und menschlich sehr nett

Die Lage von SUNSET HOUSE ist toll. Nahe zum Timanfaya und ein Katzensprung nach Famara. Luca ist supernett. Ich bin mit meiner Tochter gereist und Luca war sehr gastfreundlich und kinderlieb.

Es war alles bestens. Wir mögen einfache Unterkünfte in guter Lage und lieben soziale Kontakte. Die anderen Bewohner waren alle wiederholt dort und auch begeistert. Wir kommen ganz sicher auch wieder :-)

Would recommend and visit again!

Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The host (Luca) was always kind and helpful. The house was fully equipped with everything you need. Great for visiting Famara beach. A wonderful sunset view from the terrace!

Atmosfera familiare e rilassata

Soluzione ideale se si vogliono visitare i paesi costieri del nord ovest, metà soprattutto di surfisti. Luca è stato molto disponibile e gentile. Bella atmosfera che si crea con gli altri ospiti. Camera ampia.

Literally we could have picked a way more comfy entire home for much less.

Luca the owner was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. He tried his best to assist with all needs and we appreciate the fact that he also offered us a few products, from which we only picked a bottle of Rosé wine and kindly declined the rest. Nice sitting area in the terrace, though with some work still ongoing. Very good wifi and quiet surrounding neighbourhood.

Initially we were caught by surprise that kitchen, living room and the fridge were shared. We had to shift some items from fridge to make room for ours. Listing did not mention these at the time we booked, apart from it described as a guest house. We dont have a problem with shared (if WE opt going that way), but for the money paid and lack of privacy it did not seem worthy. Whole house was overcrowded and cooking in kitchen had to be done in a waiting order. Hygiene at the whole house was not the best you'd expect. Bathroom and kitchen were lacking amenities. Owner was using the shower area to place plants. You could hear people talking in the next room past the bathroom. We felt like we could have picked a way more comfy entire holiday home for much less.

Oddech s rodinou

Pohodový dům s velmi přátelským hostitelem. Malému synovi se líbil také domácí jezevčík :-). Pokoj a samostatná koupelna byly dostatečně prostorné a pohodlné. Vybavení kuchyně bylo OK. Nebyl problém s parkováním.

Rošt v jedné posteli byl trochu proleželý, jinak postele byly pohodlné. Jednu noc se někde venku zbláznil nějaký pes a štěkal asi 2 hodiny v kuse, druhou noc bylo naprosté ticho.

Einfache Unterkunft, für den Preis ok

Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem ist man schnell am Strand in Famara. Luca ist freundlich und herzlich. Man kann sehr gute Massagen bei der Nachbarin buchen. In der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht.

Im Zimmer war sehr viel Staub unter den Betten und die Technik im Badezimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig.

La azotea de la casa es increíble. La habitación enorme y no pensábamos contar con baño privado que al final tuvimos.

Cuidado con los vecinos del lugar, nos encontramos ralladuras en el coche de alquiler por dejarlo frente a la puerta del vecino creemos. Siempre déjalo frente a la vivienda

Super!

La maison est propre, Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. La maison est située à 10 minutes en voiture de Famara. La terrasse est très agréable, le propriétaire Luca est très gentil et serviable. La cuisine est bien équipée pour se faire à manger.

Manque un ventilateur dans les chambres quand il fait chaud et adaptateur multiprises. La terrasse peut être encore mieux aménagée.

I would definitely stay with them again.

Giovanna was a great host. Luca a real help, and I especially liked Atilla the Hund. The hosts made you feel at home, and the location to the beach was excellent. You will find having a car helpful. Note- check out the heavy bag upstairs!

Would like to have stayed longer, but was on a schedule.

Quiet, calm and spacious.

Lovely stay at Sunset House (aptly named, lovely sunsets from the terrace). The bed was comfortable, the room spacious with a big desk, the kitchen was also spacious and the shower was huge! There is a shop walking distance with all the essentials, a hiking route up the mountain behind the house and paths to beaches (for more keen walkers). The host offered me a lift to nearby villages when I reliased there were no local buses on the weekends. I had a good time chatting and socialising with host and other guests over my stay.

Make a good note of bus times if you are going with public transport, and careful with Google maps: what might seem like a weekend service is more likely for next Monday!

Very good facilities. Well equipped kitchen. Terrace with nice views. Laundry room. Well stocked local shop 5 min walk. Very good host. Famara beach with it's stunning backdrop only a 10min drive. Good location middle of the island, it's a 40min drive to the northern or southern tip of the island.

Room door lock and blind need a bit of tlc/fix. If you haven't got a car there isn't much locally.

I liked the rooftop terrace and the location of the house. The host also lend me his bike for one day

I'm sorry to write this but I did not enjoy my stay at this place. I booked 1 week there in hopes of spendind quiet vacation in a remote place of the Island, but in fact I couldn't really relax at the accommodation. The double room I booked was weirdly located - one window was facing a hallway and second window was facing another room with other people. I felt I didn't have a lot of privacy there because I could hear every noise from the kitchen and from the other room. It was not even dark in my room if someone decided to switch on the light in the hallway or other room. Also the door to my room didn't close properly unless it was closed with a key. I asked the host to change my room two times and he said he'll figure something out but he didn't do anything. Also I didn't like the behavior of other people in the house - whistling around the house, talking loudly in the morning or watching footbal on TV at night. One day there was also some kind of construction going on in the house, so it was additionally loud.

Beautiful stay!

I had a perfect stay at Lucas house. My room was good and clean and the house had everything you need. Especially the rooftop was really nice to enjoy the sun and the beautiful landscape. Luca was a very friendly host and with him and his friends I could discover the Island and even learned a bit surfing. I would recommend the accommodation to everyone and would definitely come back! :)

Superb

Very, very clean house. A lot of space in the house, very well prepared room with table, chairs and wardrobe plus wifi connection very good! Huge tarasse and good kitchen! The owner very nice and helpful :) plus good price!

The 2 people bedroom is having windows inside the house only - one to garage and second to the staircase next to open kitchen and right next to dining table. The windows are not see through though! To keep air breathable windows need to be open, so you are kinda exposed for other habitants, especially in the morning if they wake before you and prepare breakfast. But for this quality of room, tidiness of the owner and space in the house plus the extra nice owner and the price- it's a small minus :)
