La ubicación, habitación moderna, edificio muy bonito

En la habitación que nos quedamos sobre todo la primera noche no pudimos dormir se oyen ruidos de motores y como golpes si quieres ir a descansar no es muy recomendable.

Amazing place at la Laguna

This is an amazing property, romantic, modern and with a great attention to details. We enjoyed it a lot. The jacuzzi is awesome, with every single thing you would expect. The whole appartment has everything you need. We would definitely reccomend it.

Staying at La Laguna allows to experience more local and authentic life of Tenerife and the property has all the necessa

We had booked the two bedroom apartment and it was everything we needed. The kick had absolutely everything to cook a nice meal. The washer and dryer work flawlessly. Beds were comfortable. Bedrooms have a lot of storage space. The location is close to the old town, are there are may restaurants and stores. The public transportation that connects La Laguna to Santa Cruz is just around the corner

Beds were pushed together is the only flaw if you like sleeping together with your significant others. The shower has a filter that is super easy to clog but staff were supportive and helped us to deal with it. The doors are locked with code and no other locks, that seem a little unsafe but thankfully it was all fine. The property has security cameras. Parking is quite expensive in the neighborhood. The closest one (right across the street) was 9.75 a day, and street parking was impossible to find.

Chic alternative to a hotel within very easy walk of the centro historica of La Laguna

Really spotlessly clean with a chic decor and everything we could have needed. Fantastic to have the carpark just across the road. Good value option and nice to have the kitchenette for making a breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Lovely shower.

Superb

The apartment was incredibly clean. And it is really comfy. I wish we had spent a bit more than just an afternoon there to enjoy it more.

The communication wasn´t the best. We didn´t receive an answer about the checking-in a bit earlier. The person was very kind and the info was well explained but it is so business orientated with the automated replies on whatsApp etc. Plus the apartment is great but still far too expensive.

Exceptional

We were greatful for perfect and quick communication and mainly for having access before usual time. The location is amazing, close to bus central station, tram and the centre of Laguna that is perfect base for making trips to Anaga, Puerto, SC etc. The appartman is well equipped and we were greatful for modern and fresh look. The beds are so comfortable, especially after hard hiking :-) Thank you so much.

Modern and well equipped flat. In the kitchen we even found big and sharp knives. A/C for the cool nights. Parking just outside the door, 9,75€/ day.

Very modern and clean. Excellent shower. Comfortable beds, heating/air-conditioning available. Handy location for town, parking right outside in an underground parking lot, but 9,75€/24h.

Wouldn't recommend for a longer stay - not designed for it, e.g. kitchen small and not much room for cooking.

brand-new apartment with amazing lighting

This brand-new apartment is like a gigantic studio with amazing lighting: there must be 12 light switches and lamps in there to illuminate any way you want! It is very near the historic center and there is an underground parking garage just outside the front door.

Note that the last symbol of the key code has to be a # and not a *. The owners may get this mixed up.

Everything was excellent! Breakfast was great, rooftop and pool were wonderful.

Parking with all our luggage was a hassle but that has more to do with the city infrastructure and not the hotel itself.

Very friendly owners who were quick to communicate. Apartment felt safe and access to it was easy. Great location, centre easily walkable. Really well equipped - had everything you could wish for. Comfy bed! I will be sure to stay again the next time I visit La Laguna 👍
