You will love spending time at this lovely home located on Little Torch Key, with Sunrise view, large property with boat basin for easy access to the Gulf or Atlantic. Located on Pine Channel, this home has 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with an open living area and kitchen. It has a large porch overlooking the water to enjoy your morning coffee, or an afternoon read. Located at mile marker 28, just a short ride to Key West (about 30-34 min) or to Marathon about 20 minutes.

The house was perfect for our group. Great location! The boat basin was so important for us to keep our boats in the water and safe for a week. Communication was excellent also!

We stayed for a week with children and loved the location and waterfront access. The house has plenty of seating for 6, a functional kitchen, and was very clean. The water access is incredible and neighborhood was quiet. Kikis is a family-friendly walkable waterfront bar and restaurant. Winn-Dixie is extremely close and for those with Teslas, there's a supercharger right at the Winn-Dixie. The house seemed to have a few projects going that were paused while we stayed there (bathroom updates, outlets not working in various places, etc) but it would not stop me from staying here again and did not hinder our week beyond having to figure out which outlets were working and then putting a standing fan in bathroom to help with air flow. AC worked great and the house was clean and safe. Host is responsive.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful house. The boys fished the entire week we were here and Kikki's is within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a very enjoyable time. The property is very nice and great for bringing a boat. The dockage was good and well protected. I did not give five stars for cleanliness only because there was quite a bit of water around the toilet in the secondary bathroom. We initially thought it may be a toilet leak but cleaned it to see if it returned. It did not so we assume it was left there from the cleaning of the property before we arrived. Other than that, everything was great. Very easy to check in and out. It was nice having a good restaurant right down the street as well. If I book this property again, I will probably stay longer than six nights as there is a lot to do, and weather can definitely impact your plans.

So glad we found this location. Nice and peaceful but close to anything we needed.
Sitting on the porch was so relaxing, watching boats go by.
The house was very comfortable. Only wish the 2nd bedroom had a working TV. Our host was quick to answer any issue we had and left some great suggestions on places to eat.
I would definitely return to enjoy this beautiful location

Great stay! Enjoyed location and property. Just a heads up may have an electrical issue in kitchen and small bedroom with electrical outlets. We had a blast other than that. Would recommend staying.

We brought a boat with us. The protected bay is perfect with a marked channel (note it is a tight turn to get in during high winds with shallow spots). Plenty of room for a trailer. The view here is very peaceful and we loved sitting out on the break-wall. We all slept comfortable and appreciated that each room had their own AC unit for control. The restaurant that is walking distance had great food, drinks, and live music. Minor thing, but my group wanted it passed along that the toaster needs replaced. Decorated well, but you can tell the place was cheaply renovated. The dresser drawers were dirty and felt uncomfortable unpacking into them. All in all this was a perfect rental for us and we would stay again.

Excellent location from which to explore the Keys. The house is casual and could use some updating but it was perfect for our family and it was furnished with everything we needed. We had activities planned almost every day of our stay but the time spent in the house was very comfortable and with an amazing view. The porch and waterfront seating were so relaxing and will be missed. Kiki’s Sandbar & Grill was our favorite place to eat dinner. The food at Kiki’s was not spectacular but the outdoor tiki dining with live music at walking distance from the house was a lot of fun and just what we needed on several nights. We would definitely rent this home again and we really enjoyed our stay.

This property is awesome!! Great location! Had a blast on the porch and paddle boarding from the front lagoon. Only issue was the AC leaked in ceiling and master bedroom bc we turned them down too low. This should be noted on house rules to avoid it happening to future renters. Other than that small issue I would love to return and stay here again ASAP. Thank you Susan for your hospitality!

We always wanted to drive the Florida Keys highway and spend time exploring some of the Keys.
This house on Little Torch Key was a perfect "pied à terre" for us that offered a great location.
We visited Key West for a day, only 40 minutes away, we spent an evening at Kiki's Sandbar which was only a 5 minute walk and we went kayaking in Marathon which was only 30 minutes away.
The house was clean, spacious, and very well equipped.
We were 3 couples, so each couple had its own comfortable and spacious bedroom. Although 2 of the couples had to share one of the 2 bathrooms, it was large enough, with a double sink vanity.
Our host was very responsive and the home really is as described in the VRBO listing.
We definitely recommend this place.

One issue with a plugged toilet when we arrived. Took a day and a half to get a plumber out. Thankfully, there was a second bathroom. Very comfortable, beautiful view, relaxing, Some minor repairs are needed in the guest bedroom. Would have appreciated if it had been better stocked - only one dish towel for 6 days but fortunately there was a wash machine. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We stayed two nights with five adults. Beautiful view, nice set up. Loved the porch and easy access. On the outside there were areas that needed to be cleaned up. Wet boxes, pile broken glass in the yard, old umbrella and ect. Was advertised as NO SMOKING. There was two large containers that held cigarette's butts right by the parking area. Being a NON-smoking family we could smell that every time we were near that end of the porch. Plus there was faint cigarette smell in the house. The floor was not clean through out the house. There were only four towels laid out. Had to search for one more. There was a couple older towels in the back of one of the vanities. The master bathroom toilet was very slow to flush when we arrived on the first evening. by the next morning nothing would go down. The fans did not work in neither of the bathrooms. The MB window shades did not go all the way down leaving at least a 10 inch gap. The queen size bed was not comfortable and needs to be updated. When notified the contact person was only concerned with the towels.
There is a safety concern with checking in and out of this home. The door was left unlocked and the key left on the table. They do have camera set up but any one could go in there before we arrived or after we left. I would not have booked this unit if I had known that in advance. This unit or home cost way too much for the two nights we were there. Of course, they charge you a huge cleaning fee.

All things were great BUT the two best things are
1) The proximity to the water. The lagon in front of the property was perfect to teach my 78 yr old Mom to paddleboard. When I wanted to go for an endless morning paddle on my board I had immediate access to the channel. The water was perfectly clear and there wasn’t a better way to spend a couple of my mornings on perfectly flat water. The view from the porch was also fantastic.
2) The proximity to Key West 30 mins, Marathon 30 mins and the grocery store 5-10 mins. This made our day trips easy. Little time in the car and access to everything we needed.

The beds were comfy
Everything was as advertised. I’d love to bring my friends next time

House was comfortable and well equipped. Plenty of parking space. Only negative was hairs between the sheets upon arrival, on all 3 beds. Owner quickly had cleaning staff come and change the bedding.

Very well equipped. Close to Key West. Little Torch Key where the house is located had nice restaurants. One in walking distance. Winn Dixie a short distance away.
Mornings were delightful sitting on the wrap around porch
sipping coffee and watching beautiful sun rises.
The property was just like what how it was described on VRBO.
Would definitely recommend and stay again.

GREAT place to relax! Spectacular sun rises and sunsets. I stayed with my dog and it was perfect. Also if you have a boat or just getting picked up in one the cement dock is situated for easy in and out. Beautiful property! I plan on returning!

Short walk to Kiki’s sandbar for good food and live music! Just down the road from 5 Brothers coffee/deli (BEST Cuban coffee in the Lower Keys) and short enough drive to Key West. Very easy access to both Gulf and Atlantic waters too! Highly recommend!

We stay for four days. Is this beautiful house on the water with unreal view. Paradise on earth. We enjoyed our stay very much! Place was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped. I would recommend it strongly.
