Perfect for a family of 12 members, this is a 6-bedroom mansion in Lloseta in beautiful natural surroundings. There is a large swimming pool with sun loungers and a lovely terrace with a large dining table and chairs to enjoy outdoor living. The bustling, old town center of Lloseta rests at 1 km if you wish to stroll and wander through the streets in the evenings. Supermarkets are 7 km away if you wish to buy groceries. You are 32 km away from the sandy beach of Playa de Muro, where you can enjoy sunbathing, swimming, and playing beach games. This stay has central heating. The large kitchen of the mansion with an oven and a coffee machine invites you to cook meals of your choice. Meals can be enjoyed indoors while watching TV or outdoors in the fresh air. In the lovely fenced garden, you can play ball games with children or lie down for a lazy afternoon nap. The terrace is great to barbecue till your heart's content. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 35 km.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 27 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 9:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
