Located on the 2nd floor you will finds a large open kitchen/dining/living room allows the ultimate space for relaxation and nightly family gatherings. You will find ample seating in the dining area as well as bar seating for those wishing to aid in delicious meal preparation. All while being prepared in the gourmet kitchen where you will find everything you need and much more. Keep the entertainment going with the grand, oceanfront game room, equipped with a pool table, couch for lounging and TV. Nicely positioned on the 2nd floor you will also find two Master Bedrooms, both with King beds & dual vanity en suite baths, all tastefully decorated.

Conveniently situation on the first floor you will find 8 bedrooms, 8 baths as well as a secondary sitting room with ample seating, 65" TV, coffee bar/kitchenette.
Additional features: brand new smart TV's in every room, Keuirg coffee makers on each floor to enjoy your favorite cup while soaking in the sunrise each morning, swimming pool (easter - October), BRAND NEW hot tub, brand new mattresses throughout with freshly made beds, multiple covered porches, ample deck seating, enclosed H&C shower, charcoal grill

Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heater may be available upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $500 plus tax, paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.

We had an absolutely amazing week celebrating 2 birthdays and a family reunion. 13 of us traveled from Minnesota, Texas, West Virginia and Virginia, with several of us having not seen each other in over 30 years! It was as if no time had passed and we all picked up where we left off. The house was THE perfect house for our crowd, with 9 of the 10 bedrooms being used. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus!! The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we've ever had - and we’ve been beach goers for 40+ years! The house is beautifully decorated and the view spectacular! The levels of decking was perfect for sun and shade worshippers alike! The pool and hot tub were an added bonus, as was the game room with pool table. And how could I forget the elevator?!! Talking about easy load-in and out!! We are planning to have the reunion every 2 years as we’re able and we will definitely place our reservation to stay here again when the time comes!!
