About this apartment rental

Lovely 1 bdr apt in an amazing location! Semi-basement with great natural light and private entrance. Situated right between airport and downtown (12 min to airport, 10 to downtown). Great safe neighbourhood with mature trees, shops & restaurants on corner of street and large park on the other corner. 5 min walk to Subway station, bus to downtown on the corner and near highways for easy access to anywhere. Well equipped kitchen, 2 TVs with Netflix/Disney+/Prime etc. VeryFast Wifi. Free parking spot in driveway!

The space:
Nice basement apartment with great natural light all day and private entrance with keypad lock. Spacious bedroom with queen sized bed with memory foam mattress, plenty of storage with huge closet and convenient lamps with plugs and usbs built in and a small TV with all streaming services for free and live TV channels as well. There is also a twin size folding cot with a memory foam mattress stored in the closet of the bedroom.

Functional living room with dedicated workspace with office essentials and lamp with usbs and plugs built in. Cozy electric fireplace with large 4K HD TV with every streaming service for free and cable. Comfortable memory foam sofa bed. Nice reading nook with books and boards games available. Functional kitchen with all essentials, Stove/Oven (convection), Nespresso and drip coffee, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, panini grill, rice cooker, pots pans, etc. Vintage bathroom with bathtub/shower and essentials like towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner.
Also essentials for your furry friends! Like complimentary dog treats and doggie bags, dog bed available, park at corner of the street.

The Neighbourhood:
Trendy, yet quiet and safe residential NDG (Notre-Dame-De-Grace) has restaurants, shops, grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, laundromats, Starbucks or McDonald's or great local restaurants nearby. NDG is a residential area with beautiful mature trees, that is centrally located right near downtown and the airport. Also, it is near major landmarks like Saint Jospeh's Oratory, The Mountain/Mount Royal Park and the infamous Orange Julep. NDG also has many areas like the super trendy Monkland Village, Sherbrooke Street West or Queen Mary road. It is nearby other neighbourhoods like Hampstead, Westmount, Cote-St-Luc and Montreal West.

Queen Mary road, only minutes away by foot on one corner of our street has many shops and restaurants and the other end of the street has a large park with mature trees, benches, kids playground. Quick and easy access to downtown; only 5 min walk to Snowdon subway/metro station, bus directly to downtown on the corner and if you have your own transportation you will enjoy the proximity to highways for quick access anywhere. Only 20 mins by public transit to downtown.

If you are travelling with your furry friends, they will appreciate visiting the nearby park for walks, runs and socializing with other four-legged friends. No pets? Then enjoy the safe residential area with mature trees and parks and spend some time discovering the many restaurants, grocery stores and boutiques only minutes away by foot.

Getting around:
Only 5 min walk to Snowdon subway/metro station, bus directly to downtown on the corner of the street and near highways 15, 40 and 20 for quick access anywhere. Only 20 mins by public transit to downtown. Also bikeshare station on corner of the street during warm months.

Place was clean and close to all amenities. Easy to get downtown driving or by metro. Hosts were available and helped me out many times with my questions and my dog. Fully recommend staying here.

We appreciate the free parking and the proximity to many points of interests in Montreal is commendable. We were 5 little people so we did fit but the owner did warn us it is pushing it for 5 people and a pup. The place though did accomodate us well! Will go back to this same place if we visit Montreal again! Super clean with free great snacks!

Great pied à terre in a well placed location with parking! Close to a metro and easy access to Montréal by car. Devin was prompt in replying to us and always available if we needed something. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed with our medium sized dog during our 2 days trip to Montreal. The property is conveniently located near train and bus stations. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance. The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils that one may need along with various types of snacks, tea and coffee. We could park in the driveway. An excellent host and hospitality. We would love to stay here again during our next visit.
