Much care and attention has been taken to offer you the most modern and thoughtful accommodations including fully stocked kitchen with cooking supplies, high quality beds and mattresses, flatscreen tv's, outdoor grill and stylish coastal inspired decorations.

As you drive up to the property, the first thing that you will notice is the incredible outdoor living space that sets this property apart from all others. The huge 33 ft x 30 ft southern exposure raised Patio offers plenty of room for entertaining and features a Zero Entry Pool with a covered Pavilion. Enjoy the sun and breeze from the wooden double seat rocking chair!

The Saltwater Pool is functional, fun, and perfect for all ages because it offers a gradual transition from just a few inches of water to 5 ft deep. No climbing up and down a ladder to get in or out of the pool. Imagine yourself enjoying hours with friends and family lounging around and relaxing in this awesome pool.

There is no lifeguard on duty at any time and guests are fully responsible for pool safety during their stay. The private pool is offered as a swim at your own risk amenity. All children must be under the direct supervision of an adult at all times. There is absolutely "No Diving" allowed. This pool is only 5 feet deep and any diving would be considered a serious health risk. Any injuries sustained from use of the pool are the sole responsibility of the staying party.

The Hot Tub is located in the back yard area and is to be used at your own risk. Any injuries sustained from use of the hot tub are the sole responsibility of the staying party. All children under the age of 14 must always be accompanied by a responsible adult. No child under the age of 5 is permitted to use the Hot Tub. No more than 6 guests may use the Hot Tub at the same time to avoid overcrowding and safety. A separate agreement will be signed for additional safety rules.

Just off the patio is a fenced in grassy yard that is large enough for kids of all ages to play in. The family fun game- Cornhole is provided for your enjoyment.

An enclosed outdoor hot shower allows you to rinse off after a day at the beach or on the bay.

Once inside the residence you will see the owner has spared no expense. The first floor offers complete single-level living if needed. The spacious living room boasts cathedral ceilings, 2 ceiling fans, an electric fireplace book-ended by two 9 ft long window seats, large windows that offer plenty of natural light and offers water views across the street.

The gorgeous fully stocked kitchen includes granite counters, Instant hot water dispenser for that morning coffee or tea, stainless steel appliances (including microwave & dishwasher), Keurig, an L shaped island bar with seating and just off the kitchen is a dining area.

The spacious 1st floor suite features a King size bed, ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Also located on the 1st floor is a 2nd bedroom with Queen size bed, a full-sized bathroom with tub/shower and a full-sized laundry room.

The 2nd floor offers a spacious front bedroom featuring a King size bed and a Daybed with trundle. This room overlooks the living room area below and has water views through the large 2nd floor custom windows. The full hall bathroom features a granite double vanity, private toilet, and rain shower heads. The fourth bedroom includes 2 Queen sized beds and a large closet hidden behind a hinged bookshelf that swings open to provide access to the closet area.

The house sleeps 10-12 people comfortably. Bring the kids, parents, and grandparents, there's plenty of room! Great for multi-family visits or a getaway with friends! This perfect location is just less than a mile to Maryland and/or Delaware beaches, restaurants, a water park, movie theater, miniature golf, shopping, and more. This house has everything you could want. The owners have decorated and equipped it so that it is so easy to feel at home. The pool and backyard area was our “hangout”. We had so much fun there. We also loved the corn hole game. Inside the games gave us so many evenings of laughs and rivalries. So close to a beach spot with a lifeguard station right there too. Lots of restaurants, stores, putt-putts and all the things you love about vacation. We even received a welcome basket that was “over the top”.Thank you, thank you for everything!

This house was incredible. It had everything we could need for adults and the kids. Pool was terrific for all ages with the easy entrance. Perfect size for the group we had (4 adults, 4 children under 8 years old). House was beautifully decorated and any amenity you could think of was provided. Wonderful welcome basket was a pleasant surprise with items for the adults and the kids. Communication with the owner was easy and timely. Would absolutely stay here again!

Every item in this immaculate place has a purpose of function and/or design. It is so clean and inviting and the layout was perfect for socializing and had enough room for everyone to have privacy at night as well. The pool was great for relaxing and the kids preferred this to the ocean scene. We were so happy that we chose this beautiful place for our first family vacation! Our hosts were so quick with responses and providing information. You won’t go wrong by choosing this gorgeous home away from home!

We loved this house, so so clean and loved the outside patio, pool!!, and covered pavilion ❤️ you can basically enjoy the outdoors from breakfast to watching the sunset with evening drinks. Almost as important the location is close enough to the fun but away from the hubbub of the crowds. We will be back!! 💃

Our stay at the Madison Bay Beach Getaway was first-class! The house is located on a quiet side street, and it was possible to walk to the beach and nearby shops / restaurants in less than 15 minutes. The booklet in the beautiful gift basket was useful with suggestions of local hotspots. Carmella also recommended a Mexican restaurant overlooking the bay, which we thoroughly enjoyed: Papa Grande’s, just at the end of the street! The WiFi is strong, so I could do remote work without any issues and it was helpful to have an accessible printer. The beds were comfortable with tv’s in every room (which made my husband happy!) and everything was super clean. The rain shower in the bathroom was relaxing and we loved the fun decor everywhere. The kitchen is modern and spacious, and great for cooking. We felt at home here and definitely plan to book again in the summer, when we can take full advantage of the pool / patio. It is a great space for a large family or group of friends! Thanks Carmella, for accommodating our last minute getaway. Everything was just right!

The house & outdoor property were beautiful! We had so much fun swimming in the pool & enjoying movie nights in the spacious, open living room. Our girls loved all the large bedrooms with unique closet spaces too. The welcome basket upon arrival was such a nice surprise. We loved all the beach/mermaid themed decorations. Checking in & out of the property was very easy. Would definitely recommend a stay at this property!

It was a perfect home for our family of 8 adults to share a week together. The house is very clean and newly updated. Carmella went above and beyond with amenities and offerings in their home including towels , robes, and a fully stocked kitchen. Lovely location, close enough to all things OCMD but far enough away to feel relaxed. Thank you!

The house was so tastefully appointed, from the minute you walk in, loaded with everything a family would need to enjoy a week stay at the beach. The kitchen was stocked, the bathrooms were loaded with bath/beach towels. The furniture inside and outside was enough seating for the entire family and so comfortable. The laundry room had two oversized machines, the washer and dryer were top notch. The outside shower came in handy especially for the children. We also grilled one night. Especially enjoyed the outstanding lighting on the deck to sit out with the pool light at night - great spaces for conversation. Carmella even provided a Card for food shopping at the local grocery market. My phone call was quickly answered, when I was unsure of something. This is the perfect get away and I will surely return next year. We were one mile from the beach. Restaurants close by and amusement for the family and kids . P.S. The guest basket & roses were an added bonus and a very gracious gesture.
