A long side a much loved golf estate, just moments from the sands of Safety Beach this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is spacious enough to bring the whole family together.
Ducted heating throughout, a gas log fireplace & air-conditioner to ensure comfort all year round. Fully equipped kitchen, open plan dining & living area as well as a large alfresco entertaining area with gas BBQ. Surrounded by coastal cottage gardens. Wi-Fi and linen included.
Nestled near the golf course, just moments from the seaside and Martha Cove marina, this immaculate and spacious four-bedroom home will ensure you enjoy a life of leisure, while holidaying with us. Spend lazy days on the beach or the golf course, launch the boat for a spot of fishing or skiing, or serve Sunday BBQs under a giant undercover entertaining area. A heavenly spot to spend your holidays with friends and family.
Configuration:
Large open plan dining and living area with smart TV drenched in natural sunlight, with huge fully equipped kitchen, opening to a summer pergola and a parent's lounge beside the master suite. All the creature comforts are present, including ducted heating, gas log fireplace and air conditioning.
Four bedrooms with dual-master-suite design (both with private ensuites) the sunlit second master suite includes a queen bed and single bunks offering exceptional versatility.

When possible, guests with a Sunday departure can have complimentary 4pm checkout.
This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm. We would hate for any digression from this request to result in your stay being cancelled without refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
