Worst experience ever.

Nothing except for the location.

Check-in process was a nightmare. This is a condo building, the front desk had no information or record of our check-in. It took 1 hour with Booking.com to get the necessary information to check-in. I received an email at 9:31 pm on the day of check-in, which was about 5 minutes after we actually got into the unit that included the information we needed to check-in. It would have been really helpful to have that information and email a few hours earlier. The unit was clean, but smelled like it had a smoker in the unit at some time in the past. Bed sheets were poor quality. If you like looking at a concrete wall, then the view was awesome. Now comes the fun stuff. We were giving a parking pass and a spot number. The parking spot was in a gated area in the garage that we could not access. So we parked just by the gated area and by 7am my car was towed. It cost $184 to get it out of the tow yard. When I went to the front desk at 7am, the front desk attendant was fast asleep at the desk. It took a few minutes to wake this a..hole up. He was rude and told me there was nothing they could do. He said I should have been given a key fob to access the gated area. This was neither told to us at check-in or in the email. We found a fob in a basket by the TV later that morning. I submitted a complaint and only asked to be compensated for the car towing fee of $184. That request was denied. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNIT AND BOOKING.COM
