I wish I had more time to spend in Joliet, I would definitely stay at this place.

Breakfast option is always good ..It was simple, coffee was great. Breakfast options were satisfactory. Kitchen was very clean and well kept.

Poor

Just wanted a bed for the night on our way back to Ontario from Nebraska. It was ok for that. Sheets were clean and bed was comfortable.

Bathroom wasn't as clean as I expected, but I didn't contact staff, as we arrived late and just wanted to crash. Room is small, but had a nice space to put luggage. Breakfast was not as listed on the website. There were no eggs and fruit consisted of overripe bananas and bruised apples.

Very clean and friendly staff. They even cleaned the room during my stay which is rare nowadays. I stayed away from Super 8 for a few years after a bad experience at a different one but this Super 8 Joliet is the best I've ever stayed at.

a good place to be

manager was top notch guy. and even with bad hotels around his own, super 8 stands a head above all other hotels in the area. it was clean quite and their was always someone to help me when I needed it. and management was respectful to my girl who showed up very late. it was a very safe place to stay the night and management was vigilant throughout the night. Every time I walked past someone was watching the cameras making sure nothing weird happened. 11 out of 10. easily surpassed my expectations.

The fact that the Manger tried to charge us 3 pet fees untop of you guys charging us for one

the hotel was very clean and well kept
