Great family stay

Caravan was very clean and tidy, nice and quiet, not too far from the swimming pool or club, certainly be booking again

Lovely location very basic for somewhere to sleep.

Location of the caravan was perfect. Garden area was great for keeping little one safe.

Beds were grubby and the protection wear was not the best so kept slipping and not comfy. Door lock was faulty

Home from home

It was very spacious, clean and tidy. It was like a home from home. It has everything you need.

There was no bedding.

Great vacation

I never expect luxuries so it was great for me and my family. The equipment is full, I didn't need to take anything with me except bedding. Great contact with the owner

staff were more than helpful had a little mix up with a double booking but were quick to arrange another suitable stay for us which was amazing and they honestly couldn’t of apologised more lovely clean caravan

First time amazing would book again

it was clean inviting very spacious it was our first time booking one, loved the bumblebee theme

Location is great, only a short walk to amusements.

The beds were terrible. The double bed had 2 slats missing and the pull out sofa matress was like sleeping on a piece of paper. I also arrived to find that there was no bedding supplied. I contacted the owner and he said it says it on the booking page and sent me a picture. That picture was not on the booking.com so I would never of known. Owner contacted me the day before with instructions of location and lock box which was great, would of been nice for them to just mention it then as we had to go out at 7.30pm to search for bedding which put us £50 out of pocket. Oven didnt work properly so ended up grilling 4 pizzas which as you can imagine took over an hour, with small hungry children was not ideal. The caravan and location itself was absolutely fine. It just needs new beds and a working oven.

pay a bit more and find something else

good location

no internet access, nobody could fix it, nobody really bothered caravan smelled like dead fish,i think it comes from the dishes sink pipes, duvet, pilows, beds were left with some dogs hairs dirty overall 😕

Owner of the van was very helpful and contactable easily . The van was spotless . WiFi didn't work .

There was a police incident on the site which effected us getting to our van for a while . This was nothing to do with the van owner but there was no reassurance from the site or assistance offered again nothing to do with the owner of the van we rented . The cleaner of the van was brilliant and reassured us .
