Our new spacious and cozy home will provide you and your family/friends with a comfortable and relaxing stay. It's located only minutes away from most places of interest in Lake Charles, La. The new Mallard Golf Club is within walking distance from the residence 3-miles. (McNeese State University, Downtown area, Prien Lake Mall, Casinos, & so much more! With I-210 only blocks away, traveling anywhere to and from Lake Charles is a breeze. Everything Lake Charles has to offer is within a 15 minute drive, including Country Club Golf Course at the Golden Nugget. Our home has many Smart home features, fast wifi & parking.

I can't say enough good things about this property. Even better than the pictures. It was VERY clean, the location was perfect, and every member of the family was comfortable. The common area was spacious and homey, but the rooms had enough separation that everyone had privacy. It was a treat to have the option to come and go through the garage. The kitchen has extras like air fryer etc, and a nice big pantry. The master has a huge soaker tub/shower combo, and spacious walk-in closet. It was awesome to have a washer and dryer. It was also a pleasant surprise not to have a ton of chores before checkout. Bottom line, I highly recommend, and I hope to stay here again any time I'm in Lake Charles.

When we arrived, the location was excellent. It wasn't hard to find, & the yard and cleanliness of the property was great. The inside was great as well. My sister's and I stayed for our yearly revival with out church and the atmosphere was great for prayer with how clean the house was. We were able to relax, worship, pray and play games without worrying if something was broken or unclean. The only thing was, we had to purchase pots and pans to cook in and one of the shower curtain has to be replaced. Other than that, everything was great. The security helped us greeksafe as well. Thank you for sharing your property. Would definitely recommend.

House was beautiful, clean and comfortable! Appreciated there were plenty of towels and some Toiletries provided! Also, check out was easy and we weren’t asked to do a lot of cleaning like some other vacation rentals.

We have a large family and my sisters home couldn't accommodate all of us and our children. Three adults and our children stayed at home. It was easy to find, confidently located near shopping and everything we needed it to be. Beautiful home, spacious and set up for us to enjoy each others company and hangout and relax.

Would recommend updating listing pictures as this shows some outdated features (like bunk beds) and kitchen could use some additional utensils and cooking items if guests plan to cook all of their meals in the home. Overall well cleaned prior to arrival - a few spots in the bathrooms and back porch had some cigarette butts (we are a family non smokers) Conveniently located to stores/restaurants. Front door has additional safety lock which was nice while traveling with a toddler.

Everything was more than expected. Clean and neat and easy access. Could not have been better for our visit to Lake Charles. May would place a lamp on the night stand in the bedroom, but that is not a complaint, only a suggestion. Beautiful home!

We instantly relaxed upon entry! Loved that the home was conveniently located in Lake Charles. Hosts were very responsive and the home carried a variety of goods for our ease in cooking meals at the property. We would love to come visit again!

The home was spotless and comfortable. The open concept floor plan kept us all together and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was clean and in working order. The location was fabulous. Everything we needed was within a mile. Host was kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location! Great location, everything we needed was close by. House is immaculate and spotless. Plenty of room and plenty of amenities for the family to enjoy. The host was very easy to contact and responded to text messages or emails promptly. Thank you Demmick Espree for such wonderful hospitality. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
