The apartment style lodging was just right for little downtown Hot Springs, right in the middle of wee town life. Nothing fancy but well kept, simply, cleanly and tastefully appointed. Nice linens and towels, comfortable beds, mini splits in all rooms. The bedrooms can be kept nice and cool. Good, well-stored coffee is provided, which is important to me! I got a nice two day respite for myself, doing whatever I wanted to do and was very comfortable in low key Hot Springs, where you can walk to anyplace you'd like to go. Sarah and Keith are perfect hosts, and they're right downstairs running their restaurant/specialty food store, Vaste Riviere Provisions, right downstairs. I stocked up on some really nice munchies from Vaste for my room after I got there, met a friend at the wine bar downstairs on the first night there, then we walked down and around the corner to the Iron Horse Cafe for a really nice trout dinner. But Vaste also has a nice little menu for breakfast and lunch. Their food is delicious and really fresh. What a nice treat. I would certainly book again. Just know that you need to be in good enough shape to go up a long, steep stairway between two buildings to get to the rooms/apartments. I'm 71, in OK shape and I did fine. A bit breathy the first time, but just fine after up and down several times over two days.

The apartment was very nice. Two bedrooms etc. Full kitchen & bath. But, as a woman about to have her 2nd hip surgery I was shocked to learn upon arrival there was a flight of stairs to get to the apartment. Perfect otherwise. not only was it up astairsn

This property was perfect for a night away! It was in a very convenient location near Hot Springs Spa and walking distance to restaurants. Communication with the owner was wonderful. We would recommend this property!

My daughter and I stayed her before and after our 4 day AT hike. It is literally right on the trail! The staircase to the suite is right off the sidewalk. Hot Springs is an adorable town that feels like a true oasis after the back country. Sarah was a great host with very good communication. The apartment was clean and the linens and towels were top notch. I will be back again to pick up the trail next year .

I really like the layout and the beds were comfortable. Nice and quiet at night. If I could come up with something negative it would be the parking. If you drive a bigger vehicle the street parking doesn't really work. The public parking is a little bit of a walk but other than that, very nice stay, would definitely rent it again.

This cute, clean apartment with a great floor plan and a large kitchen is located in the heart of Hot Springs. There was so much to do right outside our doors that we spent very little time inside. Our experience was seamless, and I would absolutely stay there again.

Hot Springs is small so I imagine there aren't a lot of "bad" locations but this was *right there* and super convenient to everything. It is obviously upstairs so just keep that in mind, getting our dog outside wasn't just a "open the door and let him into the yard" thing but more like big city (ha!) living - leash him up, walk him downstairs, clean up, etc. Accommodations were excellent and as described/pictured. I had a little confusion with the check-in process, messaged Sarah and she responded within minutes to clear it up. That kind of responsiveness is what you hope to find in a host. Absolutely would stay here again!

This is such a great place to stay in Hot Springs, NC! The unit is just perfect -- spotless, great fresh towels and sheets, great bathroom/shower, very comfortable living and dining area, kitchen well stocked and great location! The hosts do a wonderful job preparing for guests and communicate very well. They even went the extra mile and offered to provide some specialty baking pans when we inquired. Location is great in town -- coffee and provision shop right below, steps away from the Trail and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Big thank you to our hosts, you are fabulous!
