The Space
Located in booming and hip LaVeleta, in a new building called Fosil with seven uniquely designed residences, this three bedroom loft is the crown jewel of Tulum.
Water and sunshine by day, beautiful all night, breezy, always peaceful. You will want to stay here forever.
Two bedrooms walk out to a saltwater pool on the terrace level, the stunning feature of this residence and the best place in Tulum to relax.
Great for working-a-distance with 2 x 200+ Mbps servers for high speed WiFi coverage on all levels, even by the pool.
On the pool terrace the light plays beautifully on the architecture all day, as shadows appear differently beautiful, as the sun crosses the sky.
The penthouse faces the direction of the beach, so there is a breeze day and night, all made more magical by the flowing linen curtains.
At sunset you can walk up private stairs to the roof and see for miles in all directions above the treetops.
At night there is up-lighting in all the arches, visible at every angle, a truly beautiful sight.
There is a gated entrance and lobby area on the ground floor with private security. Safe, comfortable and exclusive. The loft entrance is on the second level, and the mezzanine bedroom is on the third level, and the pool is on the fourth, top level.
Quintessential Tulum living ... a gorgeous and peaceful experience from top to bottom of this penthouse villa. If you have a seventh guest they will stay on the living room sofa, if you push it to an eighth they will stay on the terrace sofa by the pool.
Biggest three bedroom in LaVeleta with high ceilings, king sized beds and all the modern conveniences... high quality Bluetooth music speakers in each bedroom, 55” Sony TVs, Harry Josh Pro Tools hair dryers and hair straighteners, Dyson vacuums per bedroom, cold air-conditioning per bedroom, ceiling fans over the beds, custom made windows with screens.
The second level entrance to this 3 BR home is a huge custom metal door designed within the 18 foot windows, and you walk into the living room with views to the stunning staircase and mezzanine bedroom. Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen are here on the first level, elegant and spacious with a 20 foot ceiling. The largest bedroom is up one level on the Mezzanine overlooking everything. Two more large bedrooms each with a large closet, are up on the terrace level by the very private cocktail pool. All closets have wood hangers and a Dyson.
Kitchen has a reverse osmosis drinking water filter, a large refrigerator, modern stove and oven, Nespresso coffee maker (although the local coffee is great), microwave, toaster, Japanese kitchen knives, handmade flatware for 12, German steak knives.
Bohemian chic, the ultimate in high end casual. Private chef or massage therapist or even yacht rental are all available on request from your personal concierge.
Two parking spaces come with the unit. And you can park on the street out front. Private washer and dryer.
In the bathrooms you’ll find large waterfall shower heads with a hand-held wand option, large mirrors, and a small round lighted vanity mirror with 7x magnification.
Please no all-night partying. Limited to 14 guests total, unless previous approval is requested. It’s a quiet building in a quiet area come nightfall.
