Accommodations were just right for what we needed for the weekend. Enjoyed the space and cleanliness. Only concern was the use of air freshener plug-ins and scent sticks that overwhelmed the space, and caused allergy reaction for a couple of us.

Everything was just as described! More than enough supplies were available throughout the home! Jenny was a gracious host - I will definitely rent from her again on future visits!

The queen bed in the main floor is in desparate need of a replacement as it is sunken in the middle. Wife and I are unable to get decent sleep due to this. Other than that the property was nice and clean and things worked as expected. Other guests in our group were also happy with the property.

We came down for a few days for my friends wedding, the home was very clean, well taken care of and had nice updates! It’s was a pleasure to deal with Jenny, will definitely stay there again if we get the chance!

We stayed at this property while our boys played a football tournament. Having 3 showers and a washing machine was so handy!

6 of us stayed at this duplex. We were in town for two days of KC Chiefs training camp. The property was just as described, very clean and just what we needed. It was super close to the places we needed to go and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We didn’t have any problems or questions during our stay so we didn’t have the opportunity to interact with the property manager, but there was a welcome guide that answered questions that we may have had. There were some snacks/water when we arrived which was a nice touch as well. The beds were comfortable and there were enough bathrooms to accommodate our group. Overall, we were happy. The ONLY complaint we would have is specific to groups like ours with noisy kiddos. The sound carries like crazy, but if you don’t have obnoxious kiddos like ours, you’ll be A-Ok, lol. We would love to stay in the future when we are back for training camp!

We have a large family and this place accommodated us all. Very well maintained and clean with the exception of a few dust bunnies under the beds and sofa. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to wherever you needed to go. Loved that it had 3 bathrooms. Nicely updated. Absolutely loved that there was a garage. Overall, excellent place to stay. Would definitely recommend.

This is a fantastic place to use as a base of operations around St. Joseph, Missouri. This property is easy to get to, and near businesses and restaurants without being in the middle of them. The duplex was clean, everything that was needed was provided, and it was spacious and comfortable.

This was just perfect, it was 15 min from my daughter wedding venue. The townhouse is beautiful and very clean. The property manager answered all my questions very quickly. I will definitely reach out to them again if I need a place to stay. I highly recommend this place.

Cozy duplex with enough room for our big family. Nice and clean! Easy to check in/out! Bed are very comfortable and sturdy. Nice neighborhood close to all our favorite St. Joe spots. Only thing I would change and having one handicap toilet.. Only thing I would change is having one handicap toilet. Would definitely stay again!!!

We totally enjoyed our stay. We felt very safe and so much better than a motel. The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable, all appliances worked and it was in a location close to shopping and dining. We will try to come back again next year for our girl's trip and book this rental again. We will also recommend anybody going to St. Joe for a weekend to stay here. My family and I like to visit my sister in St. Joe, however her house is not big enough to provide a space for everyone in the family to spend the night. This place was close to her home and allowed 2 different households from the same family to stay at the condo as a place to shower and sleep. Wonderful newly renovated place.
