About this house rental
The futbol theme and artwork are created by well renowned Houston artist Betirri. Dunyha partners with artists on all our properties.

Check-in time is 4:00pm.
The home is 2 stories with a private garage, and is designed more like a modern BNB. There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor and 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. There is also a detached studio apartment on-site where the host lives and can help guests when needed. The property is pet friendly and has a small balcony space with an electric grill. There is also a large washer/dryer.

Large Roku Smart TV/High-Speed Wifi/ Hair Dryer/Toiletries/Towels/Private Bathroom/Efficient Workspace
The entire space and garage is for guests. There is a also a detached studio apartment on-site which allows us to service all guests at both our neighboring properties.
We are normally next door onsite if you need any help or recommendations. But texting is always best.
It is central to everything. The parks, galleria, heights, and downtown area are a $6 Uber ride away.
• Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
• No parties or events
• No smoking
If all house rules are observed, and no damage is done, the security deposit will be refunded in full.
