Located within the desirable Helix Hills neighborhood is this spacious family home with room for everyone to relax, unwind and be entertained. The home features multiple living areas, a gourmet kitchen, a foosball table, 5 beautifully furnished bedrooms and an expansive outdoor area with a fire pit, an outdoor lounge and an elevated balcony with mountain views. You'll be only minutes from shopping centers and only 15 mins to the heart of San Diego and all its attractions.

Make your way inside this spacious, multi-level home using the easy keyless entry and be greeted with open concept living and bright sun-drenched spaces designed and styled with your comfort in mind. You’ll find three separate living areas within the home giving the whole family plenty of space to spread out and relax. The gorgeous sitting room features a chaise lounge that surrounds a warm fireplace, the TV room is perfect for game nights with a fun foosball table while the game room is filled with a golf/billiards floor game, bar seating and a big screen TV with complimentary Netflix & Hulu – perfect for a movie night in.

Step through into the gourmet kitchen which comes fully equipped to handle a decadent breakfast through to a 3-course meal for the group. Everything is right at your fingertips with all the cookware, dinnerware and utensils you could need. Serve up your meals at the stylish dining table off the kitchen or if you don’t feel like cooking, take the night off with countless restaurants just minutes away.

There are five spacious bedrooms within the home with each bed topped with soft, hotel-grade linen along with plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home.
The upper level is where you will find the grand double suite with a king bed, a queen bed, an ensuite and a private balcony with picturesque views across the mountainous neighborhood. Downstairs, the master bedroom also offers a luxuriously large king bed and its own ensuite, bedrooms two and three are filled with queen beds, bedroom four is perfect for kids with two single beds and any extra guests are welcome to use the air mattress in the living space.

You’ll find an additional central bathroom with a luxe rain shower as well as a handy half bath giving you 4 bathrooms in total making morning rush hour a breeze. Guests are also welcome to use the laundry with complimentary detergent so you can pack light and wash on the go.

Our family vacation was amazing! Evan was friendly and helpful, and his property was perfect for our large group. Excellent location, close to grocery stores, Starbucks, and downtown SD. House was clean, well stocked with the essentials, and the beds were very comfy! Would stay again.

This was a lovely home! We stayed here while we were in town to celebrate a family member's wedding. There were plenty of rooms for all 8 of us. My kids enjoyed playing in the backyard. The house was clean, which is always very important to me. The decor was minimal and pleasant. There was plenty of room to hang our clothes, especially important since we had nice suits and dresses for the wedding. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, including soap and toilet paper. This is not typical of most VRBOs I have stayed in, and it was so nice to not have to pack or buy these everyday essentials. Evan was the best host I have encountered. He responded to messages quickly. Everything in the home was organized and easy to find, including the wi-fi password. He even had a book with the house rules and lots of suggestions of places to go while in town. My only regret about this house was it was a bit far from my family member's house in San Diego (about 30 minutes) and the wedding venue in La Jolla (also about 30 minutes). I didn't realize that when I booked. But we made it work, and I am happy we stayed here. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting the San Diego area!

We were in town for a family gathering. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen was spacious and 3 1/2 baths worked for our large group. The best feature is the 3 spacious lounge/common areas providing opportunities for relaxation and conversation.

We stayed for a family wedding and everything was great! The house was very clean and met all of our family needs. It’s perfect location off the freeways and everywhere we went was within a 20 minute drive. We would highly recommend this house again!

We really enjoyed this property. Our ages are 1 year old up to Pops who is 72. The fully fenced backyard was a great place for adults to relax and watch the kids play. We all agreed that this was a great place to stay.

Our stay here was great! The house was huge! We had 10 people in our group and there was plenty of room to spread out. Evan was very communicative throughout our stay and quickly answered any questions. The beds were very comfortable and the house was well furnished. We stayed here while visiting LegoLand, Sea World and the San Diego Zoo, all of which were easy to get to from the house.
