This beautiful, romantic 2BR, 2 BA condo is new to the market and completely renovated. Location, location, location! This property is a 7 minute walk and a 3 minute drive to downtown Hendersonville.
This second floor property (one flight of stairs) is very spacious, light and airy. Designed and decorated by an interior designer, the decor is fresh and lively while at the same time elegant and oh so comfortable. Nice art, wallpaper, rugs and more. Cool lighting fixtures. Large screen TV in living room, TV's in both bedrooms. The TV’s are easy to operate Roku televisions.
The property features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom en-suite bath features a luxury spa shower. Bedrooms are appointed with new comfortable mattresses (1 King, 1 Queen), high thread count luxury sheets, good lighting and blinds as well as black out curtains. Wall mount bedside lamps make for good lighting and easy use.
Bedside phone chargers are provided.
Bathrooms feature plenty of plush towels, toiletries, magnified mirrors and more. The bathrooms have hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion, plenty of room for toiletries and also has hair dryer, hand soap and hand lotion.
There is a laundry closet in the unit. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided .
The kitchen is fully stocked including basic spices, microwave, many appliances such as crock pot, blender, colander, martini set up, lovely china, wine and drinking glasses, bake ware, new pots, pans, good kitchen knives and much more.
In addition, there is a coffee bar complete with drip coffee maker, Keurig k-cup , coffee and k-cups, different sugar and sweeteners and cream.
Our property manager lives on-site and is available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. While we will never be intrusive, it is nice to know that help is immediately available should you need it.
One of the wonderful things about Hendersonville is that we have very little crime. At the same time every effort is made to see to it that our guests feel comfortable, safe and secure. Outside lights stay on all night. Entry doors automatically lock when you leave. There is an easy to operate lock box next to the front door that will give you access to the property.
Designated parking is conveniently located in front of the building. Enjoy your morning coffee or a late afternoon libation in a comfortable rocking chair on the front porch
Plan your fun-filled day using the many flyers provided in the condo - from hiking and biking to restaurants, breweries and wineries, great shopping! We also provide you with a book of our "personal favorites" on all things Hendersonville. This book is current and frequently updated.
Attractive neighborhood! Nice places to walk, sidewalks on main streets. There is a wonderful small neighborhood brewery within walking distance. It features a different food truck every night and is lots of fun. There are grocery stores and drug stores very close by.
In addition, this property is a two minute bike ride from what will soon be the Ecusta "Rails to Trails" bike path!

My wife and I stayed here for a week. Excellent condo for couples and small family. Beautifully decorated and with complete amenities. Not to mention, very close to downtown Hendersonville and walking distance to great brewery.

This condo worked out very well for us as we traveled for Thanksgiving at Grandma's Hendersonville home. Our adult son stayed with us, so we had two cars, and there was plenty of space for parking. The home was well decorated, clean, comfortable (seating and beds), had everything we needed (well-stocked kitchen, paper products, bedding, etc.), and was in a quiet location close to downtown. Becky, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful! We'd happily stay here again.

From the day of reservation, I felt welcomed to this home. The property manager attended to every detail of our stay, she was wonderful. We surely were surprised upon entering this beautifully decorated apartment. Beckie, was there waiting and helping us to check in. The coffee station and inventory made it possible for us to entertain one night. Lots of dishes and wine glasses were there. The #6 unit was so quiet and convenient to the places we wanted to see. A week was not enough so we will be back soon!

We loved our stay. Super easy check in and out with Becky. Everything was perfect and clean. The bed was amazing!!( if you could tell me name and style I would be forever grateful as well as my back 😁) The list of favorites was super helpful. Downtown had great little shops and you are just a few minutes away from Asheville or the Parkway. We would definitely come back.

Coming from Florida, we wanted a cooler climate that offered beautiful scenery/hikes (DuPont State Forest, Pisgah National Park), wineries/brew pubs (all close by), elegant estates (Biltmore), a nice, walkable town (stumbled upon Hendersonville’s “Rythym and Brews Festival” - fun!, and enjoyed the Saturday Farm Market, as well as golf (Cummings Cove, Etowah Valley Golf and Resort). The condo was clean, quiet, and centrally located. Beckie, the Property Manager, was gracious and accommodating, providing us with breakfast muffins and wine upon arrival. The condo was comfortable and had all of the amenities needed to eat in, catch up on laundry, and relax.

We booked this condo very spur -of-the-moment, and we’re surprised that such a nice property was available on such short notice. It was perfect for us as a week long getaway from the heat in SWFL. Besides a great location, the condo was perfect for us. The beds and furniture were all comfortable and very nicely done, and everything was spotless. Beckie was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay. The location is close to downtown and the condo is comfortable and even more beautiful in person. They have thought of everything you might need. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need for cooking. They even left us muffins in the fridge. There's parking specifically for the rentals. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows provided and great linens. You can't beat the value and comfort. We loved snow tubing, the family friendly New Year's celebration, the model railroad display, the pinball museum, Winter Lights at the NC Arboretum and lots of good food. We would definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay very much, home was clean and very comfortable, with bright and modern decor. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for a few days and we were very close to our family for the holiday which was very convenient. Downtown Main Street is very cute , we enjoyed walking up and down the street for shopping and a few restaurants. Grocery stores are also just a short drive away. Very grateful for the rental in the area right where we needed to be!
