This was my second stay this yr, this trip I spend 7 nights excellent hotel. The room was great ,friendly staff. The front office manager Rapeepan went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable which I appreciate. I recommend the breakfast which was enjoyable and delicious. The manager in the kitchen made sure guest were satisfied. I will be back in Dec I hope my review don't get me bump for being over book. The area is safe.

Stayed one night at the valia and only have good things to say! Room was big and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was so friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with a chocolate buffet in the lobby, and also included in our room was access to the bar on the 6th floor which had great refreshments and snacks. Would absolutely recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Bangkok.

We are happy to stay with the Main block, the place is new and clean. Overall staff are with smiles and good service. However, it is rather crowded in cafe during breakfast period, the staff must be flexible to allocate the tables. There are lots of 4 people table, we are 2 persons, they are not flexible to rearrange, but asked me to sit in a crowded area with 2 persons table. 4 persons table are usual in window area and less crowded. As to the bath gel, shampoo amenities, they should apply more environmentally bottles or refill bottles. To me, the smells of such are too strong. Please adjust to more refreshing smells. Seen is definite a nice experience to us.

Overall, I satisfied with my stay experience at Valia during my business trip. I much appreciated the shuttle bus service which is super helpful as a tourist and very essential to connect the closest BTS Phrom Phong station for travelling and exploring other places in Bangkok. Please keep this service!! I also appreciated that Valia has shuttle service between QSNCC and hotel. However, it would be ideal to advance this service with more timeslots like 0730, 0800, 0830...etc. Since the size of vehicle is relatively small, it can't occupy too many clients each time. Therefore, I think number of timeslots helps to ease clients' concern on transportation in the morning from hotel to QSNCC. On thing which I am not so satisfied is the water supply issue. When I had shower, the temperature of water supply wasn't stable (Suddenly too hot or too cold, that's annoying) Also, the water supply is too weak. I am not sure whether it's the problem of water supply pressure. I had stayed in Valia twice in 2023 & 2024 and I experienced water supply problem twice as mentioned as above, that means, this problem is not fixed or it can't be fixed. I had stayed at Zleepmotion once (which is a mini hotel opposite to Valia), the power of water supply of Zleepmotion is excellent. Please try to address and improve the water supply as Valia is a much premium hotel than your neighbor Zleepmotion.

The hotel room is ok, with a small elevator, and the location is far from BTS station so must rely on the hotel shuttle bus. The staff is truly nice and super nice, but the location is inconvenient, also traffic jams all the time.

Look at the images of my booking , I got a very different room with a horrible view and tv was placed away from the bed not like in the image washroom was different and the room was very small and in the image I booked a big room. Very big scam this is a 3 star hotel needs to be amended

Staff are nice, check-in time is a bit too long. There are people smoking at the pool side, but staff confirmed smoking is allowed. However there's sign posted on the wall smoking is not allowed at the pool area. Hotel need to review the rules again as there are many kids swimming at the same area.

This was a lovely hotel in a good area. Our room was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was great. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The pool was good and there was also a pool bar. The fitness suite was good. Although the hotel isnt particulalrly close to a metro stop, there is a free shuttle bus every 15 minutes that takes you to one (about a 10 minute ride).

Hotel was great all round. We would come back. The breakfast was vast and fresh, we looked forward to it every morning! The rooms were large and clean and modern. A great find. A fair walk from the sky train but their shuttle was very frequent and free.

Breakfast is not so good , its mainly chinese and arab Breakfast for Indians oke item per day that also u cant eat because nothing to go with it for example potato bhaji they kept pr Chana masala but no puri or roti or paratha to eat with , masala chai is horrible , inshort food is not good here.

Terrible front seat but rest of the staff was amazing! Restaurant at ground floor looks the deal but our food did not match up. We ordered Thai food and I’m sorry but 90% of the street food around Bkk serve way better food for 20% of the price. Big thumbs up to Superman who’s service level and work ethics where sublime. Would not stay again even if it’s not a bad hotel.

Booked this hotel for holiday, the most disappointing thing is , the receptionist having the idea to move our room to the old building , without any good reason. And than I against her n she gave me room on the new building without city view as my reservation. The bath robe was torn, the toilet was so much stain under the bathtub and every corner of toilet , there is no complimentary snacks at all , everything on the room have to purchase, for such 4 star hotel I could get better service in Malaysia

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and lot of variety. Staffs were helpful and they called taxi for us when needed. We had a pleasant stay of 5 nights.

Wow, I really was impressed with the Valia. Booked a Junior Suite with access to the lounge and spent 3 great days. The gym is very complete, the breakfast with a zillion options (tried both at Florae and at the lounge and both were outstanding), the pool had a great combination of sun and shade, the shuttle was always there to take me shopping and the room was absolute silence (most important thing in a hotel room for me). I would go back in a heartbeat.
