Ottima accoglienza e gentilezza degli host. Croce e Maria Concetta sono sempre stati disponibili, simpatici e sempre pronti a ottimi consigli. Camera spaziosa, pulita e ben fornita (phon di buona qualità, biancheria letto e bagno molto buoni) tutto ben funzionante e nuovo. Parcheggio sempre disponibile. Bel mare a pochi passi, centro vicinissimo. Colazione compresa con convenzione in uno o più bar: consigliamo il Ciclope.

Breakfast is served in the cute main square,in local coffee shop. The owner was very nice and helpful!

Superior Clean and very lovely stay

A Livanti offered us a superior clean room with all amenities and also only 700 mt to the center by walking. Owners met us to deliver the key around 20:30 , so easy , and explained the breakfast place. It is so clever to arrange the breakfast by dealing a nice Cafe in the center, we liked a lot morning walking. The bed is really comfortable and the bathroom is really big enough and full of light …This young couple and their place really worth 10.

-Early check in was possible, friendly and correct host -Entrance and room were extremely clean -Location close to heart of Marzamemi -Breakfast at a café in Marzamemi

-Airco was extremely loud, in the beginning we couldn't sleep of the noise -We had to pay extra at the café because we had more breakfast than the value of €7. We didn't know there was a max at the breakfast. We chosed two things as i understood, but we had to pay more. IT was still a small price, and IT was good so we didn't archued about that.

The cost of staying here is the same as a hotel yet you don’t get the facilities of a hotel plus breakfast was somewhere else completely and you are very very limited what you can have and can only have two items whereas in a hotel it’s unlimited and there is much more to choose from.

Great place to

The apartment was located very close to the beach, not a big beach but fine for us. It was a short walk to to centre of the village and the apartment had excellent parking securely behind away from the traffic. Our room was comfortable and just what we needed for a quiet stopover and some good food. The hosts were flexible with timings and communicated well with us despite us speaking not Italian and their limited English. Full Covid precautions were in place and it was clear how we should abide by them.
