Disappointing

Great price including breakfast. Friendly staff and efficient.

No air conditioning and the room very hot. Shower not working as the water drips. Bed and pillow very uncomfortable

Great value for money

It was great value for money. Everything was clean and had all the basic essentials.

The breakfast could have been better, I prefer being able to help myself to coffee and there was very limited dairy-free options, but truly it was great in terms of value for money.

Terrible

Overall, the accommodation was terrible. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a rude receptionist. It was about 40 degrees in the room so we went downstairs to ask if it could be adjusted and he said no. There was no hot water for the two days we were there, only in the mornings. Before check-out we asked at breakfast what time check-out was, and they said 10am (it was 10am) - which was actually 11am. I think they deliberately misled me. There was constant noise from other guests in the accommodation at night. The accommodation did not indicate that there was construction in the area, which was very noisy.

Friendly little hotel

I like this authentic 'back in the time' look of rooms. The receptionist was most helpful and plenty of free parking around the hotel plus a good price. We like walking. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the centre of city.

despite everything we enjoyed our stay

very kind staff, good location, comfortable beds

sometimes the internet was poor. the room was too small for such a long stay and alsı the wardrobe was very small. poor insulation, could hear the neighbours.

I liked the variety of the breakfast and the cleanliness of the room. Three bottles of water were inside the minifridge, which was a nice gesture. The bathroom towels were bigger than the usual for a hotel.

The location doesn't match that one of Google Maps and it's even further away from the city center (if I had known this beforehand, I wouldn't have booked it). The reception is a bit gloomy and the receptionist who took us in wasn't the nicest and most efficient.

Budget

The price, it’s the cheapest hotel in Turin, but that’s also for a reason. The breakfast was surprisingly good.

The receptionist welcoming us was very unbothered with our arrival. No smile, no explanation, just gave us keys and that’s it. Our room was supposed to be air conditioned, but we never found out where it was or how to turn it on, if it was working. The bathroom had marks all over (yellow stains in the sink and some kind of skidmarks in the tub) and the shower didn’t get hot. Also there was no shower curtain or hook to attach the showerhead to, so the entire bathroom became a wet mess. The bed was springy but ok, and in general the room has known better times, everything is a bit used and outdated, but functions.
