Fantastic stay, great friendly staff

I had a fabulous stay, every single staff were friendly, who were excited to strike up a conversation. Breaksfast was plentiful and delicious. I was shopping in the local area, staff were super helpful in taking responsibily in accepting items in my absence, and even making payment where required. Hope to visit again soon.

The bedrooms could have been more cleaner.

Good hotel for stay in city...easy convenient to any part of city.... u can get transport easily from railway station and airport at any point of time.... And the services provided by the property is awesome...they have well trained staff in each department...from Manager to housekeeping guys....

Great Experience

The hotel looks good. The room was comfortable. There was a considerably fast wifi. Hot water was in plenty. The room service was always alert and quick to respond to requests. They offer non-vegetarian food. Definitely a great value for money.

The bathroom design could be better. After taking a shower, the bathroom design should allow most of the water to drain from the floor. One of the bathroom taps was also too close to the toilet, making it uncomfortable for me to use the toilet without having to adjust my position.
