The apartment has everything you need on a daily basis. The facilities are well maintained and the property is located on a quiet spot in an Umbrian hill. With high outside temperatures it was great to be able to relax under the olive trees, cooling down in the pool! Ideally located close to Spoleto too, we went there a few times. We had a great time at Fontepino.

This feedback has to do with setting expectations: Our impression is that the apartments are not the core business of the property, it is part of the facilities offered next to sports and a restaurant. Expect to share the facilities with locals or other people who do not sleep at Fontepino. During our stay the swimmingpool was open for the neighbourhood during the weekend, a DJ played all day, and on Tuesday we came back to our apartment late at night to find a birthdayparty going on at the restaurant. In itself this is not a problem, but I think it should be clearer from the descriptions on Booking.com that guests renting an apartment are not the only users of the facilities and what that means on certain days. Especially because the apartments are right next to the pool and the restaurant. Two other points to be aware of: No airconditioning or fan present in the apartment (this is indicated), so it can get quite warm inside. The google maps directions from Booking.com lead to the property on top of the hill, past Fontepino, this should be corrected to avoid confusion. There is signage on the road to point you in the right direction.

Couldn’t ask for more

Great location, beautiful views of the surroundings. Plenty of sport facilities, Padel, Beach Volley, and a great pool. Perfect for a family reunion with kids and teens

The property and the hotel staff were wonderful. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Booking.com did not properly advise that you have to be on property by 7pm so I felt bad having to make staff wait for us.
