fantastico!

struttura centrale ma silenziosa. la mia camera aveva una vista bellissima,un letto molto comodo e bagno ampio.c’era la macchinetta del caffè e al bar centrale sono stati gentilissimi nell’accogliermi per la colazione.

Posizione ottima - Educazione pessima. Sconsigliatissima la camera vicino all'ascensore.

La posizione è ottima, in pieno centro. Carina l'idea di proporre la colazione presso il loro stesso bar, situato nella piazza centrale.

La camera è claustrofobica e minuscola. Come potrete notare nelle immagini presenti su booking, non si può vedere l'effettiva dimensione della camera, perchè ci sono solo dettagli e non una foto complessiva. Almeno per quella che abbiamo prenotato noi. Accade che quando abbiamo fatto presente questo problema alla proprietà, ha fatto di tutto per mandarci altrove, perchè sapeva che non avremmo lasciato una buona recensione e non si è minimamente prodigato per trovare una soluzione all'interno della struttura stessa, anche a costo di pagare una differenza. Ha addirittura rinfacciato telefonicamente al telefono l'importo, dicendo "State facendo storie per 35 euro a testa". Insomma pochissima eleganza. Inoltre la nostra camera era a ridosso dell'ascensore. Inutile dire che era IMPOSSIBILE dormire. Tutto sommato però, per la piccola Macerata la posizione è utile e il luogo in cui si effettua la colazione è molto carino.

Un gioiellino in centro

La struttura è stata una piacevolissima scoperta. Lo staff gentilissimo, la camera e il bagno arredate con stile, nuovissimi e con ogni confort. La visuale dalle finestre non è il punto di forza, ma non è derimente, visto che è situato nel centro della città e non possiamo aspettarci qualcosa di diverso dalle altre case, ma è un gioiellino che consiglio senza esitazioni.

Ottima posizione, in pieno centro. Comodo per i parcheggi e per qualunque meta in centro. La colazione, ottima, si fa al bar a due passi.

posizione ottima, colazione italiana esterna nel bar di proprietà illimitata, struttura rinnovata con ogni tipo di confort anche tecnologico avanzato, quartiere silenzioso, bagno perfetto, letto due piazze comodissimo, servizio frigo, cassaforte in camera, tenda finestra motorizzata, tv color, ristorante di proprietà con sconto per ospiti albergo (cibo e prezzi ottimi), poche camere con ascensore e reception favolosa. Proprietaria e personale quasi di famiglia :-) alla prossima

Soggiorno bellissimo. Dalla ns camera al quarto piano c'è un magnifico panorama

La colazione si fa al bar centrale sotto ai portici e si può prendere quel che si vuole. Le ragazze sono gentilissime. Abbiamo cenato anche al ristorante associato alla struttura,sia sotto ai portici sia nella sala interna. Piatti saporiti e porzioni abbondanti. Servizio impeccabile.

Superb

The property is located in the heart of the historical center, well designed and organized. My room had a nice belvedere overlooking the green hills of Macerata. I felt like I had the independence of my own house while receiving hotel services at the same time. The manager was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back again

Delightful stay and will certainly return.

The hotel was in a great central location, room simple decor with excellent facilities. The staff were all very welcoming and Olga's assistance was beyond expectations. Breakfast at the outdoor restaurant closely was generous and timing flexible. Public parking available close by.

Superb

Location was very good. Very clean, comfortable, nice view from the window. Dinner or lunch was offered at the restaurant with discount.

Breakfast was at a cafe. Kind of crowded. Not always on the table because there was an opened cafe for everyone.

From the moment we arrived the hotel manager was outstanding. She couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect . They offer a really good fresh breakfast at their bar/coffee shop. The bedroom was absolutely perfect and beautifully decorated. The hotel is in a perfect location. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was.

I really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in this lovely city and hotel!

The location of Le Dimorre Del Centrale is excellent right in the old city centre, yet by a quiet small street where there was hardly any traffic at night time. The beautiful old building was completely renovated inside, and the rooms and their private bathrooms were brand new, comfortable, functional and beautiful. The staff at the Reception as well as at the Caffè Centrale, where the Italian breakfast was served, was super friendly and welcoming.

You don't hear basically any sounds from the street, but the soundproofing between the rooms/floors is not very good. So it depends on other guests, just how peaceful and quiet your stay is. During our stay there were unfortunately some young guests staying right above our rooms, and they were at times loud late at night disturbing our sleep.

The hospitality and kindness of Italian culture is lovely - as the athomosphere and culture

The location is perfect as well as hospitality in reception. The only minus was, that some guests had quite loud party late the last night I was staying.

I did not like the party other guests were having in their room last night I was staying. The hotel is quite small, and disturbing noice is inevitable if having party in the room.
