Basic but met my needs for a couple of nights.

Good location and nice bathroom, clean towels. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel all provided.

It felt a bit grubby and could do with a bit of tlc. There were discarded candles and cutlery thrown into cupboards which clearly hadn’t been cleaned for some time. More instruction on how to check in would have been helpful. It was also freezing inside so it would have been nice to have had the radiator put on before my arrival. It took several hours for it to heat up…

Perfect location for Twickenham, roughly a 20 minute walk.

Great location for Twickenham.

The access to the property is through the owners garden. We came back when it was dark, the lighting wasn’t great.

The room was clean, but very basic for the price!

Clean, but very basic. The location & on site parking was good

The was no kitchen utensils ie corkscrews, can opener, kitchen knives, scissors etc. it looked as if it had been put together with random, spare items from their home, eg only 2 & mismatched glasses. No table or chairs to eat at. The shower gel & dish soap were completely empty! They were replace when mentioned, but everything should be checked before each guest arrives! Also, white (or pale) bedsheets NOT BLACK! Even though clean, it doesn’t give that feeling! For the price, everything should be of good quality & matching, (towels etc)

Good

The place itself was clean and modern, great shower and comfortable bed. Very close to pubs/restaurants/co-op. We were happy for one night's stay thanks.

Nothing major at all just a few points that had been brought up in previous reviews but not sorted. It definitely needs thicker blinds on the windows and there is nothing to cover the large frosted glass pane in the door. In the morning the place was lit up by the sun at half past 6 but in the evening with the lights on everything inside can be seen from outside... It needs a bit more crockery as very limited, only one towel was provided and there is no TV, but that is in the advert anyway. Being a bit picky now but some crisp white pillow cases and sheet would have been fitting and more relaxing - the thick, black and red rose covered bed sheet was a little off-putting :/

Pleasant

En suite.

It was on the main flight path for Heathrow Airport and very noisy. We would have brought earplugs if we'd known. The bed was uncomfortable, and didn't have a sheet on it, just a mattress protector. We hardly slept. There was an unpleasant smell in the room. We had to pay £10 cash for parking, which a previous review said was included in the price.

Superb private apartment, well priced

Lovely, private apartment at the bottom of the garden. You don’t have to check out until noon. Kitchenette and excellent shower. Delightful and helpful staff. Excellent wifi.

Isleworth stay

Lovely little apartment with great potential, with a few tweaks, comfortable bed and clean bedding though a couple of new pillows wouldn't go amiss. Manish willing lent me a hairdryer

The whole apartment would of benefited with a good dusting floors and skirting boards thick with dust. Shower cubicle rim thick black mold. Bedside unit drink stain rings ! Ants on draining board possible come from dead plant in window Outside garden furniture filthy and not useable. Would benefit a blind on the door . All little things easy to remedy

Nice apartment, better with a clean.

The location of this place was as I expected. The apartment looked exactly as advertised. The host met me when I arrived and was very easy to communicate with.

The smell. There’s a bad smell and I think it’s coming from the bedding, it smells of body odour and when you lay on the bed it doesn’t feel clean. The toilet and shower could be cleaned better, and it’s just a little disappointing. It wasn’t nice to be in the apartment.

The hosts were super friendly, the apartment itself was very well appointed, finished to an extremely high standard with super clean facilities. Would very much recommend!

There wasn't really anything I didn't like - it was a little warm, but I can hardly blame the hosts for it being 30 degrees outside!

Hugely disappointing an unclean, smelly room

It was in a nice quiet location. Easy self check-in.

This room was nowhere near a cleanliness standard that I would expect. The shower wasn't fully clean (white water marks all over the glass) hairs on the floor, there was possibly a cleaning towel left which had a horrible stale smell. The pillows provided were lumpy and super uncomfortable with yellow/white stained pillow cases. The towel provided for me as a guest also had a stale/damp smell. There was a huge amount of dust build up behind the bed, thick with dust. The pictures online make this place look high quality & a lovely place to stay, when in reality this is unfortunately not the case. Sack your cleaner and hire a new one! As a host myself I expect to give my guests nothing but 5 star cleanliness.

This is not a complaint as it was never advertised with a tv. However having a tv would have been a welcome enhancement.

Would've been fab .... if I had received detailed directions

Really appreciated the slippers provided! Lovely shower room, lots of space in the room. Thoughtful host. Enjoyable décor, lots of mirrors.

We had some serious communication issues due to the host's phone, I couldn't get in touch with them until late. As the place description does not include details on the location (understandably, as it is on private land), it was impossible for me to access the room until much later than expected. The heater had not been turned on so it was quite cold.

Hidden gem, highly recommend.

Very clean and comfortable. No phone reception and no heating when I arrived. It was 11c in the room

Host is really helpful with really good communication

The room didn't have heating when arrived. The temperature was 11c . It took the whole night to reach 18c with the aid of an electric heater. The host did give me a second duvet, as requested.

Overpriced for the facilities.

It was new and well decorated. Comfy bed

No wifi. No TV or radio. No wardrobe or hanging space - I couldn't even hang my coat up! No draw space so I had to live out of a suitcase for the week. Worst of all - no table / desk so I had to eat off my knee and work with the laptop balanced on my knee.

Cosy accommodation with fabulous hosts.

Helpful and accomodating hosts. The WiFi went down during my stay but the hosts invited me in to their home to use their personal WiFi so that I could get my work done. They were always on hand if I needed anything. It is a lovely cosy accomodation that is quiet and feels very private.

A few added details could make this place perfect... a rail or somewhere to hang clothes. Extra amenities such as mugs/glasses. The heating and fridge switched on pre arrival would be nice.

Perfect spacious accommodation

A beautiful well equipped self contained property. Clean and safe and brilliant and helpful host.

Had a few issues with connectivity and on the night I stayed with its location close to Heathrow flight path I had an earlyish wake up as the first flights started!

Ok but small improvements needed

Comfy double bed. Kitchen area with fridge. New build. Lovely garden. Parking space With a little more attention to detail, this would be a nice place to stay.

No TV. No towel (host said she would bring me one but never returned). No key so unable to lock the door at night, i was ok with this but others may not. A bin would be handy. Poor internet (EE dongle kept cutting out every 15 mins).
