Stay was fine. Facilities were not as advertised. Pricey for the room given.

It’s near to lots of food and convenience stores.

The ceiling was leaking when it rain. Was staying at the highest floor. Notified the staffs to tell management to fix the flaws.

Many restaurants and shops are around. Very convenient. Staff is friendly. Air-cond looks old but is functioning well. Water pressure of shower is good.

Pub just down stair of the hotel. Quite noisy till late night. Not suitable if u bring old people. Need to climb up stairs. No toilet paper and floor mat when check in. Room should ready with things top up before check in.

Friendly staff, excellent location, hard working house keepers.

1. The hotel has the promotion of stay 5 days for RM350, the campaign started since July /August, but nobody approach or explain to me until end of August, I started renting the Deluxe queen room since 2nd July until 5th September, if I have been informed earlier, I could have saved lots of money. Not efficient training for the well being of guest. 2. Safety issue - The house keepers were being told to hang the flag up, one of them climbed out of the window & stood on the 2 narrow planks, it was so dangerous. There was no proper equipment for hanging the flag. I was surprised that the workers' safety is not being looked after by the management.

Great location, helpful staff.

No lift, washing machine & dryer made a loud noise especially at night, the 1st night of my stay someone did the washing around 2am which interupted people's sleep. Please put up a sign for the restricted timing of using those machines. next door pub was noisy.

bad farking customer services. never ever book this place. u gonna regret. they.can make mistake but if its you sorry. you need to burn money for your mistake.

deduct my deposit without any consideration. room suddenly blackout i never complaint but who knows deduct my deposit when i checkout and told me late checkout. previous customer service never deduct any cents at all. idiot.
