This place was disgusting, Ants everywhere in the bedrooms!

The only thing this place had going for it was it was located in Assateague Pointe. The place was disgusting.

When we arrived, the bedrooms had a ton of ants. On the counters, on the walls, on the bed. Everything inside the place looked like it was purchased at a yard sale and pieced together. Utensil drawer was filthy. We were in the unit for 3 hours until we finally were contacted by Vacasa regarding the ants. We told them we felt the place wasn't clean and we either wanted a new place to stay or a full refund. After no decision was made by Vacasa, we told them we were vacating the property the very first evening and wanted a full refund. The next day someone named Maria from Vacasa called and said they were sending an exterminator and we would be issued a refund.We stayed in different hotels for the length of our vacation, and we have yet to see one cent of a refund. STAY FAR AWAY from this unit, and Vacasa in general!!

We loved the location, the amenities, the entire place for my family of 5! We loved the community. We loved that there we extra linens and cooking essentials. All things were working and it was a wonderful 5 day stay with 3 young children aside from the ants. Thank you!

We did not like the ants that covered the kitchen counter tops and our belongings in the kitchen the first night. Once the majority of the ants were gone we only saw some here or there throughout the place after letting the host know. The number of ants reduced throughout the stay. We made sure to sweep each day and wipe counters down each day to maintain the minimal amount of ants.
