Welcome to this luxury apartment in the newly built Middel Views with pool, gym, private parking and 5 minutes walk to the beach and the lovely promenade of Fuengirola.
Opposite Middel Views is Carvajal train station which runs directly between Malaga city, the airport (26min) and Fuengirola (9min).
At the train station there is also a free bus every half hour that takes you to the beach, Hilton Hotel, Nagomi Spa, El Higueron Padel and up to Carrefour where there are also some restaurants and cafes,
On the promenade closest to the apartment, there are several restaurants that are high on Tripadvisor's list in Fuengirola, including La Tabla del Rey, Mias Pizzorante and Los Marinos Jose (which has also been mentioned in the Micheling guide)
When you step into the apartment, you are greeted by a bright and open floor plan with the fully equipped kitchen on the right. Here you have a coffee maker, kettle, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher and everything you need to cook during your holiday.Here you also have a breakfast bar with 4 high chairs.
Further into the apartment you have the living room with a fantastic sea view, dining table with 6 chairs, a spacious corner sofa in front of the large Smart-Tvn.
From the sunny terrace you have a beautiful view of the Mediterranean that you can enjoy in the comfortable lounge group, the sun loungers or during breakfast at the dining group.
Further into the apartment you have 4 bedrooms where 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each and the third bedroom has a double bed and the master bedroom has a double bed and its own ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.
The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in all rooms, WIFI, Dishwasher and Washing machine, Private parking, access to gym and pool and much more.
The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person. Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.
In accordance with current regulations, due to the ongoing drought in Andalucia, the use of water for filling and refilling swimming pools is prohibited from 1 October. ALL SWIMMING POOLS will remain CLOSED from 30th of September 2024 until further notice.

My apartment was overall clean with good view. That is all positive things I can say about my stay. The apartment complex itself is located on a very steep hill, what is a pure nightmare with baby strollers and kids. For one that is a very good exercise, but one with less good fit or anyone carrying beach gear, you must have a car for relaxing beach experience. Worst thing is, that the whole neighbourhood is at the moment under several contraction and land moving work sites, and therefore is very very noisy from 8am till 6pm. There was also a constant peep sound from some machinery, basically from sunrise till late in evening. Noise was the reason we avoided using the balcony or pool area most time. My recommendation is that avoid this apartment, and neighbourhood next 2-3 years. About the apartment itself. All furnitures are bought as cheep as possible, mainly from Ikea. Master bedroom mattresses was super bumpy, uneven and blanket linens were few sizes too big. Basic things like toilet paper, or dishwasher tablets, you have to buy your self 2nd day. On check-out, the gate buzzer to street didn't work at all and one of us had to hold the gate open while other took the keys back indoors and got back at the gate. Luckily we were able to get back inside using door keypad, otherwise we would have been stuck inside the gated yard area who knows for how long and missed our flight back to home. I would not recommend or come back to this apartment/neighbourhood myself.
