You’re steps away from beach access, a short walk to shops and restaurants, yet when you are nestled inside of your private retreat the stress of the grind will fall miles behind. The view will captivate you for hours as the timeless motion of the ocean and its ceaseless rhythm speaks mysteries of the deep.

#Note: for returning guests, we have changed to 1 x King & 1 x Queen sleeper sofa.#

The space
Nye Retreat is a 1st floor studio with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa, a fully stocked kitchen, and a ground level patio just steps from the private beach access. When you're sipping coffee on the back patio keep an eye out for whales! Our guests have full access to the community hot-tub and pool. 10am-10pm Please Note: pool is open from June until August)

What's nearby: Within walking distance you're sure to find the best seafood, nightlife, coffee, and gift shops. Nye Beach is famous for clam chowder, pizza, and a wonderful Irish Pub. If you'd prefer to venture further, check out the Historic Bayfront or head south of the Yaquina Bay Bridge and visit our world class Aquarium!

Guest access
We provide address, parking space information, and the code for our smart lock system on the morning of our guests stay.

This unit is on the first floor of a three-story building. The complex does not have an elevator. We want guests to know that they may need to use the stairs to reach the 3rd floor if 1st floor laundry is unavailable.

One designated off-street parking space is provided for guests for the duration of their stay.

Our guests have full access to the hot tub, located behind the building, not ocean side and pool (open from June until August).

Private beach access is offered to those staying at Pacific Crest and is located on the west side of the building. **NOTE** We are above the beach, there are 114 steps down the hill to the beach. Guests are welcome to go to the Nye Beach turnaround a block away if they do not want to use the private beach access.

A laundry room is available on the 1st and 3rd floors between 9am-9pm. Coin operated (Quarters). For your convenience there are soap pods in the entryway closest. The laundry room key is also located in the hall closet; please return.

Other things to note
Please be sure to list all guests on your reservation. The building is home to short-term properties, and long-term homeowners. We ask that guests are considerate of others in the building at all times. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8 am.

There is a no-smoking policy that applies to the entire complex, which we want guests to be aware of during their stay. If a guest is seen smoking or vaping on property, the on-site manager will ask that they leave. Additionally they will be charged a $200 violation fee. **Please, to avoid any interruption of vacation time, refrain from smoking on site. If a violation occurs, we will not be able to provide a refund for any time lost.

The building has a no-pet policy. We are happy to have guests with registered service animals, just let us know so that we can inform the on-site manager.

Fireworks on the grounds inside or outside of this property are prohibited.

The place was great with the exception of two things … it states “one bedroom” and then in the next breath a “studio” when in fact it is a studio. And the pictures from the porch do not tell the story of 114 stairs to the beach. But had a great time.

This place was very clean, very comfortable beds and pillows, great location and view was amazing. No hassle checking in or out. The only bad thing was the noise level from the upstairs neighbor. It would start early morning and go until late at night but other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

After reading all of the reviews was disappointed when walking in when the first thing we saw was the dirty glass on the windows & doors.( especially since it’s such a great view ) First thing I did was try to clean them but didn’t have the right tools. Also the microwave & stove & refrigerator were dirty . Looked like someone took a dirty rag & slopped it around. Also our feet were filthy after taking off our shoes so apparently the floors were not cleaned either. Besides that the location & accommodations were good. Hopefully the owner figures out the cleanliness because it would of been perfect if not so dirty.

I thought the room was clean and had a beautiful view. However, it is an old motel converted into VRBO locations. The parking spot was hard to pull into and awkwardly located on a slant that made it impossible to load and unload passengers after parked. The Kurig machine took time to figure out how to operate and left coffee grounds in our coffee. For one night, I thought the price was outrageous for a room in an old motel.

The location was beautiful, the fans looked like they had never been cleaned, safety locks on both front and back door were missing or broke, and key pad on front door was taped on. If you worry about safety this isn’t the best, thankfully we had extra security locks we purchased online for hotel stays.but the room itself was very cute.

We had a sun filled 2 days in the 50s. It didnt take away from our exoerience though. My son spent alot of time in the heated pool, and we walked up and down the beach to beautiful sunsets. Great location! After spending many hours and days in the car it was refreshing to walk to dinner. Great place! Would recommend.

We had a great stay at the property. The space was perfect for my wife and I but it definitely could fit more. Being so close to the beach was awe inspiring to say the least. We enjoyed being so close to all the different shops and restaurants. We would love to come back!

Lots of amenities to make anything you want to do easy - from cooking supplies to kitchen implements, lots of towels, beach toys, etc. Very clean and accurately represented on the website. Great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I took a short trip to the beach and were so happy to have found the perfect place to stay. It was large enough that we didn't bump elbows whenever we moved around and had comfortable beds , a sizable kitchen area and a nice sofa. The best part was the wonderful view!! It also was close to coffee shops and to places to eat.

Excellent property with oceanfront views. Steps to beach were a bit challenging. Had issues figuring out TV but property owner was super to help us. The condo was very clean with complementary items. Would definitely rent through them again. Nye beach was beautiful. Thank you!!

My husband and I came for my 50th birthday. The pics are accurate - the view is gorgeous, so close to so much, we were so cozy it was hard to leave! Thank you for the wonderful, comfortable stay. We hope to return :)
