Perfect little vacation home near the Richmond Ferry and San Rafael Bridge make this a great central location. Enjoying a cup of coffee while watching ships in the bay is such a treat.

William’s place is adorable! Stayed there for three nights. Was with two young teens who also loved it.
It is modern, clean, two master bedrooms and a wonderful view of the Bay. Will definitely book again if the girls want to return next year😁👍

We were thoroughly pleased with our stay. The house had all the amenities we required, and everything was in perfect working order and spotlessly clean. Its proximity to the charming little town was ideal, and we found it conveniently close to the ferry for easy access to San Francisco. Should I ever need to visit again, I sincerely hope this place will be available!

This property feels like someone's private retreat with beautiful architecture, art work and interior but also very comfortable with every convenience. The kitchen is fabulous with our favorite spot, the farm table looking over the San Francisco Bay - day or night stunning. We'll definitely be back.

The property is petit but lovely with amazing views and good proximity for getting on the highways to different places. Only 30 mins to Muir Woods, Golden Gate, Alcatraz and downtown SF. Owner is great, perfect communication.

My daughter and I needed a place to stay while enjoying family in the area over the Thanksgiving holiday. This place was perfect. It was well located for easy travel to relatives' homes as well as San Francisco for tourist activities. The kitchen was convenient for the dishes we needed to prepare. The washer/dryer was so helpful when we had a spill. And the view is amazing!!!

Simply amazing we never wanted to leave and the host was like a helpful friend giving us local recommendations that made the trip even better.

We loved this new and modern home in Point Richmond. We enjoyed the views of the 3 bridges and the walks around the neighborhood. It had everything we need to make meals for our 10-day stay, the beds were comfortable and the we appreciated the little extras like cloth table napkins and food storage containers. We look forward to staying again on our next trip!

We came to the bay area for a wedding and decided to stay here rather than at a hotel and this was the right decision. The views are incredible. It is a very quiet and private area with a great walk/hike to the beach and a park overlooking the water. The fresh air was awesome to breathe in. Overall, a perfect place to relax. Bill left us plenty of cleaning supplies and extra tissues/toilet paper/towels, etc. I would recommend having a professional cleaning crew prepare the place before guests arrive. Also, an extra blanket would be nice to cuddle with outside especially in the evening or on a windy day. I would definitely come back and stay here. It only took 30 minutes to get into SF and 25 minutes to Mill Valley where the wedding was held. I much prefer this oasis to staying at a hotel.

What a great place to stay in the Bay area. With a beautiful view over the bay towards the Golden Gate Bridge and the SF Skyline. In a very clean, safe and calm area this place is worth a recommendation. We have been here for a week and felt more than satisfied from the super clean and perfect organized house and the generous supply with all kitchen and bath amenities. At our next stay we will come back definitely.

I stayed at Michael’s place with my 2 sons and a friend. The house was a great layout, ocean views that reached the Golden Gate Bridge. Quiet neighborhood and quick, easy access to the highway.

Wonderful view. So clean. Everything needed as supplied for our 3-night stay. I especially enjoyed the Fig Balsamic Vinegar. No complaints concerning this VRBO.
If you are traveling from out of state, there are tolls for each bridge crossing… use the fastrack dot org, online license plate account.

The house is great for two couples or a family of 4 as the rooms both have a full bathroom attached. Being outside and seeing the bay and the landscaped lawn on the patio area was a joy. But the table and seating allowed for relaxing conversation. So many things to do in the nearby towns that we didn’t cook there however the kitchen has all you’d need if you wanted to do so. We were very pleased.

Must stay when visiting San Francisco. Close to downtown San Francisco, Golden Gate Park and the surrounding areas. Comfortable and clean. All necessary accommodations with a lovely patio overlooking San Francisco Bay snd the Golden Gate Bridge. Parking is a big plus too. Will definitely return.

We had a pleasant experience, the view is peaceful and beautiful, the birdsongs in the morning were delightful. The casita it’s a five star in all aspects. We definitely recommend this place 100%. Beds are very comfortable all you need it has it.

We stayed at this wonderful location for two nights while attending a business meeting in Oakland. The house is outstanding… Very well thought out, light and bright and modern. The view of the bay is breathtaking… And the neighborhood itself is charming. I highly highly recommend this place at this price. It’s a little bit north of San Francisco, but so worth it!
