We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Unfortunately, our house is not suitable to accommodate them. If you sneak a pet, you will be charged an additional $100 and asked to leave.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the house! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ NO EVENTS ★
No social events or parties.
#1 Parties and events are not allowed
#2 If the property is in a very poor state of cleanliness after your departure, beyond what a courteous guest leaves it.
Eg Leaving pots and pans in the kitchen, excess garbage in the cans, stains on the floor, dirty walls, these are examples of poor conditions.
We will make an additional charge of $150 usd

#2 locals must communicate before booking
#3 no overnight visitors not listed on your reservation
(If they arrive at the property, stay the night and the guests are not marked in the reservation, even if the additional guest cost is from a specific number of guests, the additional guest will be charged for not having added it before)
#4 Infants, babies, toddlers and children are more than welcome but each one must be specified on your reservation.
#5 there can not be more than 12 people in or on the property at any one point in time
#6 the guests will respect and follow all community guide lines listed inside the apartment or on the property
#7 you agree to know and agree to following fees:
a) smoking: $200 for each day you are in the apartment smoking
b) late checkout: $20 if your checkout is unauthorized to be late
c) lost keys: $130 to replace keys and locks as of lost keys
d) late checkout per hour: First 2 hours is $15 usd then $20usd
#8 a violation of the house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund
#9 you agree to be booking in good will and you will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with a ruling by Airbnb or the host in the event that a violation of the host's rules occur
#10 if any non following of the house rules leads to having to discount or refund the next guest you are responsible to cover the resulting costs

11.-Do not book for third parties, if the guest who makes the reservation will not be in the accommodation. The booker must communicate and provide identification of the guests who are going to stay.
