I had a son and 2 grandkids that have never seen a beach or the ocean. We all needed a break from a rough winter and couldn’t think of another way to celebrate a family vacation!

Comfortable and clean home with alot of space. Plenty of toiletries, kitchenware unlike most homes this size which only give a starter set. Lots of games, tvs and even a putting green. I liked that there were ceiling fans in every room. Area is excellent and everything is a short drive away. There were a few small issues that guest contact immediately addressed. My biggest issue was the pool. This was the deal maker in choosing this property. Upon arrival I was informed that all the pollen could not be cleaned out. I tried to do it myself but was a losing battle. Also it wasn't heated. Between the cold water and endless debris on surface we barely used it. I could've rented a cheaper home without a pool. Next issue was the street its on. It's like a dead end side road that's half paved with no street lights. A little creepy. Overall it was good. It was a last minute booking for kids spring break.

The house was great for our stay! Easy drive to and from Clearwater beach, nice restaurants to choose from near by and it was in a quiet/ safe area! The pingpong table and corn hole were a hit! We are just bummed the weather wasn’t nice enough for swimming but it was a nice backyard to lounge in! Also really appreciated how attentive the host was! I texted him to let him know the coffee machine wasn’t working and although I declined when he asked if we wanted him to send a new one, he dropped one off the next day! Definitely recommend!

The house was clean and ready to roll upon our arrival. We had 8 adults and 8 boys. Sleeping arrangements were just fine for that many occupants as long as you dont mind a couple pullout couches. Kitchen area and dining area is nice and wide open. The pool was fantastic for the boys and the sun lounging area was great. A little but of a drive to the attractions and beaches from the house but our stay was a good balance of house fun and beach fun so it worked. The ONLY thing this house is missing is that 1/2 Bathroom for that many people LOL.

My wife was graduating so we got a bigger house with a pool for family to come stay with us . There was old food in the microwave. The pool smelled of old stale water . It was filthy . We did like the fact of how many beds were in the house . Could have been a total different experience if it was taken care of .

We stayed 5 nights, with 4 different families. Easily slept all 13 people and accommodated our request ahead of time to add some curtains and blinds so kids 3 and under could nap! Communication from beginning to end was great, and any questions were quickly answered. The pool area with cabana was definitely the highlight. A great space to entertain kids, and enjoyed the ability to spread out with adults. Location was an easy drive to a handful of beaches and restaurants. We would and likely will stay again!

There was 14 of us and we had lots of room, very very spacious with a beautiful yard! We had a blast with a perfect location to and from different beaches to grocery stores! Very well stocked for the kitchen and small appliances! Tons of reg and beach towels! Only downfall is we rented this specifically for the pool and for it to be heated for our grandkids and we couldn’t use it at all the whole time due to the heater not working we were super bummed! I know this place is new to being rented, we had a few suggestions…….dishwasher pods and laundry pods just laying in the cupboard under the sink maybe just throw them into a container of some sort as we had 3 small children! Maybe also some type of bell or something when opening a door to the pool area(yes we watched the kids close but they can get outside fast when you turn your head)! We would definitely stay here again!
