San Marco 1 B - MS 2 NT is an Apartment comfortable and cosy, suitable for all types of travellers.The Apartment is located in Milano and consists of 6 rooms . San Marco 1 B - MS 2 NT enjoys a strategic location . The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, microwave and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists in 5 bedrooms with 5 double beds, can accommodate up to 12 people. A 32-inch Hisense TV with related white Ikea cabinet was installed in the living room of the apartment in question. The TV is connected to the internet and only works in smart mode as there is no antenna connection.. City Tax: € 4,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 14 nights

Arrived in front of number 1 in Piazza San Marco, open the gate on the street by typing "1121+bell symbol" and then calling the number +39 3477682583 ( no one will answer to that, the call just open the door). Once inside, go up the stairs on the left and, upon reaching the reception, go left towards staircase "A". Enter the glass door with the same method: "1121+bell symbol" and then calling the number +39 3477682583 and walk along the corridor. The door to the apartment is the last one at the end. To open it, type the code 85369 on the keypad next to it.

The apartment is centrally located in a great neighborhood. Especially if you want to hangout and drink at good restaurants. It gets very noisy at night until 2a. The air conditioner in the one room was broken and not much staff could do. The hot water only worked at check in then we did not have any hot water for our stay. The house looked in better shape in the pictures then it was.

This place was noisy. The street noise kept us awake at night. The walls are thin so you can hear the showers running and others talking, coughing or playing music in the next room. There’s no laundry soap so we bought some and disinfectant spray because the toilet overflowed. The good thing is we had enough soap to wash the towels that we used for the flood on the floor.

this place had a sewage smell coming from every drain, kitchen sink and bathrooms. Kitchen was very small and basic, it was part of living room. Somewhat surprising. Also no freezer. when we checked in after a hot day, the place was like an oven. No one turned on the AC. when we did turn them on, the ACs were very weak and some of the rooms didn't even have it. That plus smell. we had to leave after the first night.

This is a lovely, ROOMY apartment which comfortably fit our family of 5. There was some issues with the heating, there could be some more blankets available. Other than that this was a perfect location for dining and sightseeing! Thank you for allowing us to stay!
