If you are in town to relax, our beautiful backyard offers a heated pool with a water fountain, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, a screened-in outdoor room with comfy furniture, fruit trees, an outdoor shower, a diving board, and plenty of sunshine! An ideal getaway for families and/or a group of friends. Located in a quiet neighborhood but a short distance to literally everything - a variety of top-notch restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, COSTCO, golf courses, casinos, pickleball courts, etc.

Driving from the airport takes only 17 minutes.

There is a $100 per day charge to heat the pool. Just let us know what your preference is.

Our 1800 sq. ft. home features a spacious and open entertainment area comprised of a fully stocked kitchen, a kitchen bar +stools, a counter height dining table and chairs, and a family room with a TV. This is a perfect space for fun breakfasts, game nights, and enjoying meals at sunset.

Two guest bedrooms and a beautiful and particularly spacious master bedroom (with a door that opens to our beautiful pool and backyard) with an en-suite bathroom. The master bathroom has a shower/tub combination, and dual sinks.

An additional family room is located as you enter the home. The perfect space for movie nights, game nights, or ideal for taking a nap in our super comfy sectional!

For a fun and relaxing time in the sun, our backyard is paradise! Our fully-fenced pool can be heated upon request and it has a diving board and a water fountain. Our outdoor amenities include a BBQ, lounge chairs, fruit trees, comfy sofas and low tables, an outdoor shower, and perfectly landscaped flower bushes and shrubs - perfect setting to enjoy beautiful Arizona sunrises and sunsets.

All guests must agree to the following:

□ No additional overnight guests, please. Any guests or visitors must be approved by your host.

□ No events of any kind.

□ No mail services or deliveries are allowed at this property

□ Key replacement or locksmith services will incur a $350 charge per occurrence.

□ No RV or heavy truck parking at anytime of day or night

□ Smoking is strictly prohibited and an ozone treatment will be financial responsibility of any guest suspected to have smoked in any area of the property

□ Early check-in and/or check-out might be available. Please ask in advance for pricing and availability.

□ Quiet time is between 9PM-8AM

□ Items left behind may be sent back for a service call of $40 plus mailing charges. It might take up to two weeks for this process to occur.

□ Please let us know right away if any item has been broken, stained, misplaced, etc. We understand that accidents and mistakes happen.
